They don’t take amex because they claim they are a small business. Don’t insult anyone’s intelligence with this nonsense. They aren’t. They have 150 or so locations. As an actual small business owner, I accept amex. Not accepting amex is outdated thinking. The difference in percentage is minuscule and there are incentives that make it even more affordable for the small business. Not accepting a customer’s preferred form of payment leads to a negative buying experience. This leads to customers avoiding the business. Statistics show that the amex user spends more and has friends that spend more as well, which leads to better numbers for the business. You may think that when the customer respectfully uses another form of pmt that the sale went ok. You think wrong. Most amex users will do this and then avoid future purchases from the business that doesn’t take amex. Is it worth stepping over a dollar to save a penny?

Idk what's happened with Earthbound over the years but I'd put them on par with the quality you can expect from Temu. I unfortunately suggested my family get my partner a gift card to Earthbound for their birthday. The clothes they bought fell apart in the wash. Anything metal snapped off with barely any effort. I feel ashamed I ever suggested anyone waste money buying clothes from this reseller.

I typically love shopping here everything is just my style and the people are friendly, but today I felt like I was either being rushed to purchase something or they thought I was going to steal something. You guys need to do better about not harassing customers when they are just trying to shop in peace. I get that you may have a high theft rate, but don’t take it out on the paying customer. I was shopping at the Vancouver WA Mall Earthbound today.

Fun store in the Vancouver mall. If you've walked by and thought to stop...I'd be a great idea.They have clothing, stones, gift ideas, and all at fairly low prices.It's hard to leave the store without buying at least one thing.

I went there to go get my girlfriend crystals and stuff of that sort. Me and my girlfriend are complete opposites and look nothing alike, but I knew that she was into this stuff so I wanted to get her Some. At first the workers were nice and asked if I needed help, and I told them I was trying to get crystals for my girlfriend and had never been there before. After that I walked around and got crystals and tried to look at stuff but would catch them following me around the store and never breaking eye contact with me. It made me so uncomfortable to the point I always put my stuff back and walked out because I didn’t wanna give them my service if I was going to be treated that way.

I had a very great experience in this store, the two women in there were so kind and helpful, they helped me pick out some gifts and were so sweet, one of the girls even went out of her way to go in the back and look for an item for me that wasn’t on the shelves yet! I highly recommend going here they have the cutest stuff and good prices!
