I love that Dan did NOT try to upsell me and was honest.His advice about trying an external Roku device to bypass the LG TV internal wireless receiver appears to have worked!For a $20 purchase at Bi Mart I am now able to get wireless connection and am again enjoying YouTub & Netflix.Thanks, Dan, you are so appreciated.”

I had taken it to a service business on Hayden Island and after a month, they still could not get the right battery (they ordered the wrong one first). Nor did they ever get the right battery or install it! And commutation fro Batteries+ was great. Got no communications from the other place.”
