I’ve been really impressed with Extra Storage! The customer service is professional and helpful, the space is always clean, and I love that it’s air-conditioned. Parking is easy too, which makes moving things in and out a breeze. Highly recommend!

The online price you get which is usually better than in person, doesn't last long. I got my unit in June and already got the notice that the rent will be increasing by 100 dollars in September. Not a good way to keep customers. Other than that, it was easy to rent and to move things into the unit. Very clean.

Easy to book online with clear instructions on accessing my storage unit. The storage facility is super clean and feels very secure.

Staff is extremely rude. You can be accused of loitering for just sorting through your belongings that they overcharge you for storing.
