I recently rented a storage unit at Public Storage, and the process was incredibly simple and straightforward. I especially want to thank the staff member who assisted me—she was super sweet and friendly. It’s always a pleasure to interact with people like her, and I wish there were more like her around. Highly recommend!

Changing my review as the facility has completely changed - I was a previous storage renter when this building started out as an ExtraSpace storage. It was very clean and tidy when ExtraSpace was in ownership, but as soon as Public Storage took over (which at the time I had no notice of) it went completely downhill. Rolling carts were either damaged or stolen, there were broken down cars in the parking bay on multiple occasions, the halls were not cleanly, and the parking stalls felt very unsafe at times considering the gathering crowd. I do not recommend storing your things at this location unless all the above sounds pleasing to you.
