Only vape shop I'll go to, the worker are nice and always remember me and know what I buy, they know what day I'm coming in and will hold a product for me if the item is getting low. Great customer service! Also very knowledgeable on products helped me when I need to change out my vape.

It's okay, not great. The one further south on Hwy 99 is way way way better. It's in a strip mall on the east side of Hwy 99 just north of Muchos Gracias

Their customer service here is AMAZING everyone is always super helpful and very friendly! This vape store is by far my favorite place to get coils and juice for my vape! They have a HUGE selection of different vape juices & disposable vapes as well! Also if you give them your phone number and make an account with them you get a 5 or 10% discount I don't remember how much the discount is exactly but it does help since everything in Washington is super expensive! They have vape batteries, new tanks, and also mods that you can purchase as well! Check it out!!Just NO KID'S allowed inside!

Love them! Asked them to order me something and they got it quickly! They even showed me a new tip so I didn't have to completely replace my vape to get a bigger tank!

Went in to buy a vape here a month ago. I’ve tried to work with it, replaced the coil, etc. I get no flavor from my juices no matter what I do and the power won’t go above 20 and every other hit tastes burnt. I’ve been vaping on and off for years and this isn’t due to any rookie moves. I research vapes heavily before even touching them.I called in and told Sarah about this and explained that I don’t even want my money back, but just to get a replacement or another product. I was sold a defective product and just wanted to get what I originally paid $150 for: a working vape.She told me that unfortunately I’m “JUST barely” outside of the warranty with them. I explained that I’m a great customer and I buy all of my puff bars (which I bought this vape to get off of but am still buying because the vape doesn’t work correctly) there. That I’m a brand loyalist and have picked this shop to go to for as long as I’m in the area.She went “well…” and a very long 15 second pause before reading me what was likely a canned response. They can’t go outside the warranty because it’s a corporate policy? I asked if this was a chain. She said “well it’s a company-wide policy”What, to not help customers that are loyal to you by replacing defective devices they bought from you? As a small chain??I’m appalled. And frankly hurt because I didn’t do anything wrong here. I tried to love this vape and tried to work with it and it’s just not working and now I’m stuck with it. I cannot believe that a shop with few locations would do something like this while dangling the carrot that I’m just out of the warranty. What was the point in emphasizing how close I was to getting some real help??Thanks, guys. I’ll go elsewhere from now on.

I used to love this place but I feel like the customer service here has gone down hill a lot. I continue to go there when Adam is working because he is extremely nice and doesn’t not make me feel as if I’m a inconvenience. When he’s not working I try not to go there because when I walk in the employees who are they are very mono toned and almost look irritated when you walk in. I’m very picky about my juice and when I ask some basic questions I just get a cold stare because they seem more concerned about having side conversations with other co-workers . But again I try to ignore it and get in and out as fast I can because they have more variety of juices than most places in my area.I get everyone has bad days but it’s more frequent than not it seems to me. I spend anywhere from 40-100 dollars here to keep my my vape up and running and I double up on my juice quantity so I don’t have to go in as frequently. Thanks Adam for providing great customer service I’ll keep giving you guys my business as long as you work at this location. I’d also like to note the manager is also very nice and helpful the few occasions i was in for juice.
