Best Vape shop in Vancouver! Friendly staff who actually try the majority of products they sell and will take interest in helping you select! Make sure to set up a rewards account for discounts. All the staff is great, especially “Bee” -always super helpful.

I go here all the time to get my disposable vapes. I bought one last Friday the 13th. Got home took about 10 puffs of it and it just quit working. Came in today to exchange or get refund and the guy said we have a 24hr policy. I was fuming cause I go to this place all the damn time. Well I guess yall just lost a customer. That's to bad cuz I like the vapes here, so thanks for nothing.

Product here are set at a reasonable price. Day shift gal was great to deal with and extremely helpful. Two guys at night - not so much. Just wished the day shift gal had an extra person there to help since it can get busy at times.

I've purchased all of my vape pens, coils, and juice from the Battleground location, and last year learned of this location. It is my "Go to" because the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, and they always have what I need in stock when I need it! I won't go anywhere else even if their prices are a little higher than some other businesses because you get what you pay for, and the exceptional customer service is worth paying a little more everytime!

I came there and was looking for new vape mods to try. I arrived to have Sarah talk me through multiple mods and tanks. Very impressive as she was able to guide me through the in's and out's of the mods I bought. She was really great and a wonderful person to have.

I don't know what happened to this place. But it's very disappointing to see a small business go downhill so quickly.I have been shopping here, probably going on 8 years now. And they have been great to work with. I say work with on purpose because they have helped me, and a lot of other people quit or at least limit their use of tobacco products. And support local businesses. River Reserve vape based right here in Vancouver Wa... is my brand, but that's not what I'm doing this review for. Back to today's experience.Fatboy Vapor refused to service me because I would not allow them to record my driver's license number somewhere out in the cloud. ? puff like a vape in the wind. Is all I know about cloud baste storage. They don't have my business anymore. And no, I didn't go all Karen on the Employees. I simply request my ID back from the employee. I told them that it is ridiculous for you to require all customers to allow you to allow record and store their ID #.I hope l can find out what happened to this place
