Fed X in Walgreens has many problems:- person in charge, Linda- outdated computer OS that opened every pdf in all all my folders and could not select just one folder and didn’t show dates- Had to wait 10 minutes for Linda to come and push button and then wait 20 minutes for 18 pages.

They didn’t know how to process my package without my own mailing label. I was only giving QR code to give them she couldn’t get computers to work then said she went to back of store to try that computer. Needless to say she never came back

These guys are amazing! I usually use the print and go services but a couple of weeks ago I was running incredibly late to an event at the High School and I called to see if they could print off my order for me through email. I believe I had like 48 full color documents!? They were really busy in the store but the store manager made sure to get it finished for me and basically handed it to me the second I walked in the store. Live savers!!
