They took my package and charged for shipping but did not bother to ship the package correctly. This was sent to Canada and they did ground when it needed to be express and did not mention a customs form or fill one out so the package got stuck in customs and returned. I was told by FedEx that it was my problem to know what paperwork was needed to be included in shipping. I disagree and think FedEx should tell you what is needed to ship. Issue is still not resolved either

I really love the staff at this location. They are fully stocked with everything you could possibly want for shipping anything. But more importantly, the people are quick and efficient. You can email them your return label and they will print it for you. One tip is to sign on to their Wi-Fi and it will go instantly. They print you out your receipt and are always friendly. It's nice to go were the staff is smiling and helpful! 🥰

I had a terrible experience with this FedEx location. I was told my package was being held for pickup, only to arrive and be told it was actually on a truck for delivery. Not only was this a huge waste of time, but the package was never even delivered! The lack of communication and accountability is beyond frustrating. If you need reliable service, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

This store location is an official FedEx store. It means you pay actual FedEx rates, not the higher rates charged by third-party vendors. FedEx is offering a two-day service for $9.75, guaranteed plus proof of delivery. For those important documents that matter, go to an official FedEx site.

This location provides the worst service I've ever experienced at any FedEx location. The representative was not helpful with copy/print service, said it was against company policy for him to be there past the 7pm closing time, turned multiple away prior to that closing time, and he seemed annoyed at even being there. I understand that everyone has a life & obligations outside of work, I do. However, staying 5 minutes after close to help a few folks out is not the absolute end of the world. I will not return to this location again and will probably go somewhere else when I need to make copies.

I specifically went to this place to FedEx important documents due to my recipient only having a PO Box. The incompetent employee at the counter was specifically told there is no mailbox at the house and to leave it on the porch. The package was sent back due to "no receptacle", only to find out the employee sent it through USPS (which I would have just gone to a post office for cheaper, if I wanted it sent like that). I went back to correct the address to the PO Box, and they wanted me to pay again to send it. I then proceeded to ask for a refund letting them know I will not pay again for a priority package that never showed up. They responded with, “The owners have to watch the cameras”; for what to prove I wanted it Fed Ex’d? It has been over a week, and I still have not gotten my refund or even a call back. I have never EVER had issues mailing a package before. I work in customer service and would never treat a customer this way or steal their money for a disservice of the business. NEVER go here if you want something sent correctly and respect as a paying customer.

I needed to get new signs printed for the school library this year, and Jack was awesome. He not only answered al my questions, he clarified for me until I was sure I understood. The sign turned out wonderfully and I will be printing here again!
