Came in on a weekday morning to pickup a package - was greeted by both workers and was helped right away. I had some issues verifying details on my end, and the person who helped was patient, ensuring everything was copasetic.

Everyone has always been very helpful at location, but specifically I want to shout out Shannon. She’s helped me on multiple occasions, and she’s always thorough and meticulous. I really appreciate the time she takes to make sure I get exactly what I need. Give that gal a raise!

Can't even get in the building after driving around for 5 mins to even park. Tried 2 different doors to 330 building where FedEx is apparently located .

Undoubtably the worst FedEx in the Pacific Northwest. I've shipped literally thousands of packages without issue. However this particularly FedEx and one woman in particular always finds a way to make shipping unpleasant and rejects my packages for the stupidest of reasons. But of course they can remedy it if you cough up some money. I've brought about 10 packages here and had 3 rejected compared to a handful for the other few thousand at FedEx, UPS and USPS. Avoid this FedEx like the plague if you can because they will find a way to make your experience unpleasant.

My package was misdelivered, then stolen, and they have no interest in helping you. I asked the rep what my options were and she said there were none.

The staff was very helpful, but $112 for a 10x12 calendar to the DR is ridiculous. Next time I’m using USPS, it wont be that much slower and at a third of the cost.

I just had a wonderful experience with Jr. I accidentally did not send my file through to be printed properly and he was unable to track it down but he worked with me to get it printed out before my wedding today and I really appreciated the great customer service. Thank you, Jr.

I was unable to complete an address change on my online account. The Fedex Virtual Assistant did not give me the correct instructions. I went to this FedEx location and was assisted by the manager of the location, Junior or Jr. He took the time to make sure that my package was updated and correct. He was polite and professional. I am grateful for customer service people that actually do a good job. Thank you so much for your help Jr. It truly made my day.

Jamie is one of the nicest people I received the service from at FedEx. She was kind, listening to what I wanted to achieve, and handled my product very carefully. I would visit here again just for her service.

I had the displeasure of having Shannon "help" me today. It felt like she would go out of her way to be condescending and rude with every sentence.It was a very odd experience, as if helping customers is an annoyance in her day rather than... her job? To no surprise, I see her mentioned several times in the reviews here by name, and with similar terrible experiences.It's a shame... This place is so conveniently located, but to me it'll be worth the drive to another location just to avoid Shannon. By how miserable she seemed every second of interacting with me, I doubt she'll mind.
