Got my oil changed and tires rotated recently. Jerry and Tristan out front were helpful with all my questions about the services I came in for. After the inspection was done, they both helped explain the results while I waited, and walked me through the recommended work. If I get the work done there, it'll be because both of them took the time to explain and help me understand.

I've been a long time Firestone client, and the Vancouver location is by far the best location I've been to. They are always very responsive to any concerns and questions I have, and provide very quick service. They occasionally get quite busy but are always upfront that service will take longer than usual.
I will definitely keep frequenting this location, even though it is not the closest to my home.
Jerry and Chris are also always such a pleasure to work with. Thank you!!

I love coming to this place! They always get me in right away and take care of my needs in a timely manner. They also work with my budget and try to help me find discounts! I didn’t even realize that my tires were under warranty so when one got a hole in it they fixed it at zero cost!

I had a 1pm appointment to have my A/C checked and recharged and didn't get out of there until 4:40pm. They didn't get my car in the shop until 3:30pm which might be understandable but at no point did anyone tell me they were running behind or apologize for the wait. When it was all said and done it ended up costing me about $150 above the quote I was given. If you are running 2.5 hours behind you should really let your customers know and apologize because they really don't want to hang out there half the day. Worst customer service ever! I gave 2 stars only because the A/C works great.

About the Firestone in Hazel Dell: This isn't the store closest to me but I will go out of my way to get my vehicle worked at at this store. The customer service is better and I trust the techs more and they explain things to me.

I simply came in for an oil change and they went far beyond to make sure my vehicle is taken care of. They noticed a few concerns and, of their own volition, gave me a detailed and comprehensive report as well as advice for future service, despite it being beyond the scope of the scheduled service.
Already, my initial impression made me feel comfortable and confident with their services. I will keep coming back to Firestone and am very appreciative of the integrity and morality of their service members.
They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and competent. I absolutely recommend choosing them over other nearby car care services.
They care.

Will is the MAN!
Had some work done here and they did a fantastic job.
Something new (and unrelated) popped up just before I was to leave and he was able to use his mad mechanic skills and fixed it in just a few minutes and sent me on my way!
He totally could have made up some charges (and I would have gladly paid) but he didn’t.
It’s rare you find a mechanic that’s not going to take you for all you have so I appreciate what he did for me.
It prompted me to go back inside and apply for their Firestone card which will save me more money in the future.

The store manager Christopher was very informative, polite and considerate. This industry needs more managers and reps with his professionalism. I will be returning to this specific location for sure.

Chris, and the other employees there were all very helpful and had great attitudes! They were able to help when other places just sent me on my way with no solution. It’s not easy to find a shop that knows what they are doing and is also a pleasure to work with. I’ve been telling my friends and coworkers to go and check them out.
