Came here for a basic car wash. The roof wasn't pressure washed so there was dirt still leftover. I went back around to get it done and asked them to hit the roof. The lady was nice enough to let me know that they would do it this time. As soon as I pulled up she forgot to pressure wash the roof and I asked them again if she could hit the roof real quick. She looked at me and told me too late buddy. I understand that this is a part time job, but that's a level of disrespect that shouldn't be tolerated in any industry.

I bought their unlimited pass for two months, car wash. Does a good job cleaning the car, and the staff for the most part are friendly.

The network was down so it was cash only. Fortunately I had a few bucks on me. Otherwise, pretty typical fare for a mini-mart. I did park the bike for a bit to warm up and didn't get any grief about being there for more than 10 minutes, which I appreciated a lot.

Definitely purchase a package if you wash your car more than once a week.

Both times my car had a layer of soap scum all over it when it was done so dirt just immediately clings to it.

However in the 2 months I've used there services, the wash has been closed for repairs at least 6 times... this caused me some confusion at renewal time for my plan. Further more I don't understand the functionality of the app. I was thinking I could show them the scanner bar code in the app instead of opening my car door every time I enter the car wash. However this is not the case and the app support can not inform me of why I can just use the app bar code for my wash plan..

A little more expensive than other car washes in the area but a much better wash so worth it. They also include a dash wipe which I appreciate.

I got a coupon for a free car wash and thought I'd give it a try. I had a really dirty lifted Toyota 4Runner it got my truck very clean I am completely satisfied. The attendance were polite and very professional I will be returning.

The monthly pass is worth the money alone, but if you want to avoid a monthly subscription, I recommend going between 8am- 10am for their sunrise special where any wash is $5.

Came here for a quick basic was that was $10 dollars. And it didn't even occurred to me that a car wash would have an option to not was your wheels and tires.
Anyways, went through it and came out with dirty wheels that I now have to go to another car wash to get cleaned.
Jet "the manager" told me that this is what I have chosen and that there is nothing that he can do about it. Needless to say he absolutely did not let me get back in there to correct this.
Anyways, there are plenty of other car washes that just do a good basic wash. Go there instead.

Please provide your staff with training on properly aligning and guiding vehicles onto the tracks. During my recent visit, they directed me in such a way that my tires and rims collided with the rails before instructing me to turn the wheel. Additionally, they require guidance on the correct pre-spray procedure for the front, wheels, and rear of the car. On this occasion, the individual only sprayed a single line on the back window. The team from two months ago performed significantly better. This current team would benefit from a strong leader to teach, inspire, and correct them to prevent the development of poor practices.
