Having to deal with this place is always the worst part of my day

By far The Worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. They're never ready. Even when they tell you when to come pick up your prescription, they'll still not be ready and have you come back later.

Was on hold for 30 straight minutes. The worst place to get your prescription! You will be on hold forever and never get to a person, but if you do they will put you on hold yet again.

On hold for longer than I've been alive

Ridiculously and unacceptably understaffed. My average wait time on the phone is 20 -25 minutes. It rings back after approximately 4 minutes. They just put you back on hold without saying anything (5 or 6 times). I will often call intentionally when they are closed and leave a message if it's not urgent.
Today, I was told they are five days behind! What. The. Heck? Mind you, I have talked to the pharmacy techs multiple times this week. No one mentioned it then.
They might not be busy with calls if the online Prescription app worked well. The staff there work hard. I don't believe it's their fault. They may be a bit short and grumpy (as am I) because they are so slammed. A few months back, I spoke to a pharmacist who was covering at this store from a more affluent area of town. They were clear about not having these kind of issues at that store/neighborhood.I have mentioned this issue many times on the Kroger survey and I have spoke to the store manager on occasion. It's pretty clear that Kroger corporate does not care about our little store/pharmacy.
I will be calling the regional pharmacy manager. Just in case he is , somehow, blissfully unaware of the situation. I guess my next move is to just stop using this store and pharmacy.

I was attempting to call pharmacies to check stock on a medication and was on hold for 10 minutes without speaking to anyone before I gave up.
Most everywhere else will at least answer. I don't even know if my call went through or if I was just sitting in limbo.

I am physically suffering today due to the terrible, incompetent service of Fred Mayer pharmacy at hwy 99. One week ago I requested a refill and I ran out of the medication on this weekend.

I can’t believe it !!!… what’s happening with customer service in United States this day’s..,, I move here from USSR 33 years ago for better life, but this days people getting so rude, unhappy and not respectful.
1pm they closing for lunch I get there at 1pm, I understand it’s starting lunch time, but she close the gate on front of me and says, I’m going to lunch I can’t serve you…?☹️…
I was trying explain I can’t wait she just run away from me with mean face…
What’s happening with people why not creating better life for your self and around you… few second of your work you’ll be get a lot appreciation and blessings… now I don’t have time to come back and my daughter will be struggling without pills…

Fred Meyer, hire people and pay them what they are worth! I was notified on Friday, my prescriptions are in, yet not completed. I called on Tuesday afternoon (after 5 pm) and while on hold, I drove to the store and literally watched the tech pick up the phone (20 minutes counting) and without checking in with each individual, she just put everyone back on hold. Then she called me to the counter. She said that the prescription is in, but will take 2 hours to fill. I advised that I was notified last Friday. She shrugged her shoulders and said they are two techs and one Pharmacist. 2 hours wait is what it will take. THANKFUL that it's not life threatening, but what if it was. Sounds like Fred Meyer is not aware of liability and when someone dies, Fred Meyer is likely to blame the techs, and not their shareholders.
And some people think this will get better when Kroger's has the Monopoly on all food and drug stores in America. Antitrust, I think not.
Hire more people and pay them a livable wage! Not minimum wage.
**This poor rating is of Fred Meyer, not the overworked pharmacy employees**

My Rx's are NEVER ready on time! Plus, They don't inform you when they have issues with Prescription Refills Etc?! The only thing that keeps me there is that Jessica is absolutely a joy to work with!!

When I've struggled to find a specific medication in stock, this pharmacy has almost always had it. And when they didn't they checked into other locations and pointed me in the right direction, saving me a ton of time. Everyone has been very kind and helpful.
