Cashier Karen was really rude to me and ruined my day. I politely said hello, and she proceeded to treat me like garbage. Maybe she needs a refresher in customer service skills, maybe she was having a bad day. This JUST happened 2:35pm thursday october 30th. She should be thankful she even HAS a job in this economy.

Our last few experiences here have been pretty dismal. In person the staff have been awesome for the most part, but over the phone, customer service has for sure been lacking with snippy sarcastic staff. I understand you are overworked and short staffed, but please don't take it out on people who need to pick up our medication. The tipping point for me today was finding out when my husband got home that not all of our meds were given to him. Yes my husband should have made sure he got it all, but the person grabbing the meds should have also made sure that we had all of our meds. Calling the store verified that they still had the other med (nothing was relayed that anything was still in process if that was the case). This required a second trip across town to pick up the meds. Please make sure to double check that they give you ALL of your meds if they do not tell you what you have.

Their automated system wasted seven hours of our time. It said the prescription was ready, but it wasn’t. I called to find out what was going on and got stuck on hold for 30 minutes, only to find out the pharmacy was on a two-hour lunch. When someone finally answered, they told me I had to call a different location because insurance couldn’t be billed here. The automated system gave false information from the start.
The pharmacist I spoke to afterward just tried to get me off the phone instead of taking the time to actually look up the file. Both employees I spoke with had short, unprofessional attitudes that made the situation even worse. Now we have to wait another two hours in pain, hoping the prescription is finally ready after already being lied to by Fred Meyer once today. If you work in medicine, you should consider a different career for this level of negligence.

They never pick up the phone. They’ll just leave you on hold forever until you give up.

I'm sure they try to please, but when a business closes the drive up to a pharmacy for their convenience at random, without any kind of warning,
then they don't deserve to have my business, and the only thing the grocery store is good for are hamburger buns and whipped salad dressing. I'll walk a block and ½ to Walgreens from now on👎👎👎👎👎

I was really displeased with my experience with this pharmacy yesterday. I had an important prescription to transfer to another Fred Meyer pharmacy and they would. Not. Pick. Up. The. Phone.
I was never able to speak to anyone. They immediately hung up on me over 10 times. Another 10 or so times they put me on hold…permanently, or until they either hung up on me or the call was forwarded to their customer service desk. Ultimately one of the pharmacy techs from the other Fred Meyer tried…and gave up, with the same experience, effectively keeping my prescription hostage.
Coupled with some past issues, I’m going to switch to a non-Fred Meyer pharmacy—It seems like you guys have too many customers.

I’ve been using FredMeyer at this location since they opened. They are always friendly, informative, and work with your Doctors and insurances . They have great reminders and automated system works perfectly fine.

This pharmacy has gotten great at letting me know when my prescription is called in and when it Rx is ready. No baloney about it was called in oregon and we cannot say when it will be here. The staff is fabulous

If I could leave Zero stars I would! This is the WORST pharmacy. I have had multiple mistakes here. Including them having a computer “glitch” and releasing medication to which I had an allergy indication for. They called the next day asking if everything was ok with the medication. Thank god I was not deathly allergic to it! Then withholding medication for over a week because they said it needed prior authorization and in fact did not they said they don’t carry it in stock and would have to order it and call me the next day when it was ready for pick up. I never received a call and was left on hold for 20 minutes because they never ordered it!

Drive through is RARELY open. If you call ahead to see if it's open, you're on hold, then told they'll open it "if they can get staff to come in". There are many reasons people need a drive through. It's not realistic to assume everyone can come in instead. Likewise, people shouldn't have to find alternative means to pick up needed RX. I will say generally, the staff that IS there is friendly...as long as you don't ask about the drivethrough... My husband switched pharmacies years ago... I'm not far behind.
Fred Meyer should FIX THIS for staff and customers alike!

If you're looking for a drive through pharmacy, don't pick this one. Seems like half the time there's a sign on the window saying it's closed for the day and to go inside. Waste of time.

Disrespectful and they lack compassion. Customer service very poor, I get pharmacies can be very busy, and lack proper staffing, but absolutely should not be taken out on customer, and burden the customer with comments that are unacceptable. Very upsetting, Specially when you are taking care a very sick family member, that’s on palliative care, and get treated like that. Very frustrating!
