They decided to switch the brand I have been using out of nowhere and said it’s fine because the active ingredients are the same- no it’s actually not fine. There are different stabilizers in each medication cause different reactions to each body. The fact that this pharmacy just decided to switch up brands every single refill is absolutely ridiculous and should not be policy.

Second time I have my kids prescription sent here and both times they tell me they have nothing for us except for some weird reasons they do have my kids profiles there and they are empty. Called doctors office and they confirmed phone number for pharmacy and doctor said they did talk to the pharmacist there. After that the lady at the counter told me to try other fred meyers locations. I had the doctors office call it into safeway.

I love my Fred meyer pharmacy (mill plain and chaklov location). All of the technicians work hard and are effecient in their knowledge and how to navigate the insurance system. The pharmacist has been so extremely helpful; has helped me fix more than a handful of issues in a quick and timely manner. He really cares about his patients, works hard to resolve any issues, and has great follow though. Thank you Fred Meyer pharmacy!

If you want fast and courteous service THIS IS NOT THE LOCATION TO GO TO!!I called one time, lady picks up the phone and says “pharmacy please hold” doesn’t even give me a chance to say yes or no, I sat on hold for 30 minutes and hung up and called back. She then helped me.Three weeks later called back, guy answers the phone and same thing “pharmacy please hold” this time I waited 45 minutes, at 30 minutes I got in my car and drove to the store still on hold. I got there and asked for manager on duty by this time the call got disconnected. Really nice guy heard me out and said “we have heard that there are issues and I will take it with the manager on duty.I went to the pharmacy and the lady behind the counter was so short and curt. I didn’t mention I was on hold, I asked my question see if the Perscription was available she said no.When I walked out the manager on duty stopped me and asked me a couple more questions and kindly gave me a gift card to use.Avoid this location !

No training on, regard or oversight for food assistance benefits. The cashiers at this location and their customer service team have dropped the ball on this front almost every time we needed it. Shop at Winco where they won't turn their noses up at you.

Really cool place as an out-of-stater. Wish they had this in Cali. Literally had everything a man needs. Was greeted nicely coming in and out. The mini Oreos were scrumptious, and the experience overall was stellar.

Very friendly staff. Usually a fairly short wait if I choose to wait in store. Rarely out of one of my medications. You do need to call your doctors office if you’re waiting for a call back on a refill. Not great on follow up on the pharmacy’s end.

love how high security it is so its safe but why a code lock for the bathroom guys.. myself has social anxiety so me having to go up to someone to know and remember the code to the bathroom does not help dont even see the point in the code lock pls js leave it unlocked for everybody you already have security at the front.

The guy answering the phone at the Millplain location says “yeah sorry I have no clue how to bill your insurance. I’ll run it as cash and when you pick it up you can deal with it then. Just don’t ask for me.”I have issues 100% of the time. They are dismissive and act irritated because they have to help customers.

If you’re looking to sue someone, go to these guys.My mom and I have both had issues with our medications being the incorrect dosage and the wrong amount of pills. Jokes aside, please don’t go here especially if the pills your taking are a matter of life and death.
