this is not a place you want to go on purpose. Apparently now to get out of the store, you have to wait in line for some person in a T-shirt to check everyone's receipt before you can leave and if they decide to have a personal conversation while everybody is waiting then everybody waits while they choose to have their personal conversation. I already paid for my groceries. I have a receipt and at Costco and any other place I could get right out, but at this Fred Meyer, I have to wait for someone to chitchat with her friend before I can show them my receipt for the things that took me five minutes to purchase. Clearly the management here has no idea what to do with security because inconveniencing every single customer is not the answer. The store is close to me and less scuzzy than the Walmart across the freeway so I go here and I hate it and I should drive further getting my groceries but then again, this place could just clean up get a grip on the security, and start serving the people.

No electric carts for people with disabilities. Bathrooms are secured with passcode. Entrances and exits are gated now. Grocery store like a prison system. Terrible atmosphere for consumers.Security guard was friendly and the lady bagging groceries was friendly enough to get code for bathroom. However due to lack of electric carts for people with physical disabilities I will not be back to shop at this location.

Spent $200 on body care, harassed at the door by security after being asked to see my receipt, I politely declined. The security guard then got enraged and said “you can shop at Walmart.” All in all a terrible experience at a store I frequent quite often . Debating on returning everything I purchased and cutting my losses with the store as a whole , sad because I do most of my shopping for home and food here and have for years.12/28/2023 approximately 7:00 pm

One of the best of all Fred Meyer locations. Excellent discount options as well as a clearance area. Wide variety of things sold, from lawn care and clothing to fresh baked doughnuts and a deli. Pretty good and friendly staff. I always take advantage of the digital coupon sales. You should get online to download it's app and be ready for all the savings offered.

The cashier refused my ID which is valid and scannable. Because, "it isn't in good condition," he said. The moron asked me if I had another form of ID. When I offered him my social security card he said it had to be a passport. What the hell? I am 42 years old. They shouldn't even need my ID.Waste of time driving here to have my valid ID refused.I camp in the parking lot in my car here when I work in the area. So 2 stars instead of 1.

Besides walking in and seeing plastic in the produce section covering a good portion of items due to a remodel, this is my 1st pick at a Freddy's to go to, and it's not the closest! But staff is always friendly and helpful. When other stores employees mostly act like it's a pain for you to even ask a question.

If you are going to mark something as reduced and buy one get one free with the original barcode still on please void the other barcode on the item. I finish purchasing my items and walk out the doors but the anti theft stuff goes off…. This is embarrassing and dangerous for an innocent person. Especially in a time when theft is so high and people are getting fed up. I recently witnessed someone getting beat up by a bystander in a parking lot for stealing from a store. (Which I think is the very LEAST that should happen to actual thieves) They were definitely guilty. What if someone thought I was stealing and I had to defend myself? Do better Fred Meyer.

The curly haired security guard here is the man. Always super friendly and even started recognizing me as a regular. Really makes me feel welcome. Idek if he is technically a Fred Meyer employee or contracted out but y'all should be grateful for him because he makes your store a nicer place to be.

They locked the restrooms now, so I won't go again.I have seen lots of crime here, and now I saw they were installing lots of anti-theft measures. But since I am an old dufur, got to have restrooms available quickly. Were good times while the neighborhood was better Fredds!
