Drove an extra two miles from safeway, because Fred meyer is way cheaper. Also drove past walmart neighborhood market. Best grocery store, hands down!

I saw a coupon clearly marked on the shelf but didn't come up when I scanned the QR code so I took a picture of the tag. Went to self checkout and the price didn't come up so I asked the lady who was working about it. She proceeded to talk to me like I was stupid and explained to me how to download the coupon. I explained to her that I tried but it wouldn't load. She refused to honor it. I left without the item. It has happened to me in the past and the price on the shelf has always been honored. I don't know what her problem was but it wasn't like this discount was coming out of her pocket. The last time this happened the difference in price was almost $10 this time it was $2. Just horrible customer service. Being treated like I was incapable of using the app.

People here are rude and the jewelry center could care less about inspecting jewelry that was previously bought there.

Serious food safety issues with their meat. Noticing lots of beef product like steaks and roast are spoiled or partially spoiled.
Please properly store your meat, and careful when it's not actively being cooled during cutting. I will be citing this with health department for proper inspections.

Fred Myers pharmacy is always nice, quick, and always has what I need. Love this store! I continue to go to them even when our insurance won't pay as much.

The fruit here seems to go bad as soon as you buy it. I ordered strawberries with my grocery pickup and when I looked at them the next morning, they were already moldy :(

Order a birthday cake for a party on Friday to be ready by Sunday at noon. Received a call 3 hours before cake was scheduled for pickup to say the cake will not be made. Manager suggested I call another location to get cake made and said it was a no fault situation because she didn’t know that her cake decorating was calling off and just seen cake order today. I have confirmation of my cake order from Friday and it’s certainly not my fault that I get a call 3 hrs before I was scheduled to pick up an order that was confirmed. Horrible business practice

Happy report that WinCo doesn't treat you like a criminal when entering or exiting the store. The (almost) "stop and frisk" is absolutely ridiculous
I hate what Kroger has done to a good regional business.

The store was fairly well kept, and they had some pretty decent deals going in most of the departments. This location is one of the better staged locations with facing done well in the product aisles. This trip. There wasn't a whole lot going on in the meat department and the bell peppers seemed a little squishy, but the staff was very courteous and helpful when asked for opinions and directions. My only gripe was there we're only two checkout lanes open and the rest was self-service.
The newer receipt checking policy at the door seems to be fine and this trip. I didn't hear anybody griping the entire time, which was nice. Certainly one of the lower stress stores you can shop at in the area. With decent selections of food nearby, it makes for a convenient one-stop trip. Thanks
