The worst, most stressful experiences I've ever had dealing with a pharmacy. It's as if they have a rule against accepting any responsibility. They will straight up lie to avoid accepting responsibility, this has happened on countless occasions.

This pharmacy is sending elderly and disabled medications not covered under medicare that can cost more then their monthly income. If they can not contact the customer or doctor prescribing, they do not call back, or wait; but fill the prescription. This is so wrong at any time, but to do that in a pandemic. My family member deserves better. By the way we don't have the same last name. So this is not one the company can sort back to tell my family member that this pharmacy is the only one that does special packaging and mail delivery in the whole county. Scaring my family member into thinking she/he would get worse because of an inability to manage her/his medications. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone! And that is what someone at the company said to my family member. Got to go look up State Representatives, and the State Attorney General's to complain to before going file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I will also be looking up State Law in the online Law Library. I have some good friends to help with this.

I spoke with the customer service several times due to delayed rx that was coming from the prescribers office. Stephanie and the billing Dept. was so on top the case interms of pushing prior authorization from the insurance company. She also called back to let me know the rx was processed. Her and her team went above and beyond to get our rx sent out before the end of the day. Thank you all!!!

It appears to have a lobby, postings, seating, etc...BUT is online only with delivery service.I stopped by at 5:15pm on a Thursday, posted open hours to a locked unstaffed office location.Only after calling was I told the fact they are online ONLY.Why have and a physical lobby set up and posted office location for no reason, seems sus to me??

Billing department is a joke. So my bill is due at the beginning of the month but they bill me at the end. So i'm always behind.. SO i receive a LATE payment? They call to let you know you are pass due.. Great send me a bill or have me prepay for a month in advance. Going to the Better business bureau for follow up.

This place is a Joke n they have our elderly people’s lives in their hands. Don’t deliver on time even when they print a schedule. Screw up the dates on the bubble packs. And they all put blame on someone else without fixing the problem.DONT USE GENEVAWOODS!!!!!!!!

We are an elderly care home that start working with Olson that now became Geneva. I wish I could give 0 stars. Is no customer service of any kind. Medication does not get delivered ever unless we make several phone calls every single time. Every time a doctor fax them an order they claim they never received it. I wish Peter the owner of Olson would have kept it, he was the best, even gave out his cell phone number so we can reach him on Sunday. Shame on you Geneva for not helping these businesses that work with elderly people .

Probably the worst pharmacy I've ever had to use in my lifetime! I have a double ear infection and strep throat, yesterday I was put on anabiotic's for both. They towel and advertise that they can't deliver and provide services 24 seven. This is an absolutely lie! Most pharmacies know that antibiotics are a stat order, and need to be filled ASAP. I ended up missing my first dose and nearly my second dose. I cannot go back to work until I've had 24 hours of anabiotic‘s. not to mention, they brought me only four hours of 14 anabiotic‘s that were prescribed this morning and they filled it somehow at Rite Aid which they don't even have enough release of information for so how they did that I have no clue. I don't really mind because I've always had great service from Rite Aid by how they legally did that I don't now.

They'll say a delivery is coming and it never does. Customer service representatives put you on hold indefinitely. You order something, don't hear anything afterwards and call back, they act like you never ordered anything or don't know why. Geneva Woods is flat out terrible, and very disappointing.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I transferred to this pharmacy a month ago and STILL have not yet received any of my medications. There is absolutely no drive of customer service with these people. When a customer calls your company desperate to get their meds, picking up a phone and calling the prescriber isn't too hard is it?

Extremely disappointing, stressful experience from the beginning. This sounded like a good idea for my senior mother when recommend by her doctor. First they dropped off an incomplete/incorrect order, didn't notify us it was being delivered and no one came to explain everything as was requested, then delivered another group of meds to a neighbors house. I called and spoke to a pharmacist to explain the problem,said she'd look into, never called back. I spoke to the 'customer support specialist' and was told "It is at the discretion of the person whether they call you back"- Really? There is no margin for error when dealing with peoples medicine, especially seniors. I highly recommend using a different, more conscientious and caring pharmacy.
