Deliveries typically arrive on time and as promised, with gifts sometimes looking even nicer than expected and making occasions special. Recipients are very happy and love their baskets. However, some issues are noted. While gifts arrive on the scheduled date, the standard shipping can take a week, which is a long time for certain gifts, and rush shipping is extremely expensive. On rare occasions, a delivery error can occur, such as including the wrong card, which ruins the surprise effect. Customer service responses to such problems can be perceived as insufficient. Overall, Gifttree is recognized for great service and quality, but there is a wish for more economical shipping options and consistent attention to presentation details.

This was the first time ordering from Gift Tree and it was a very positive experience. It was sent out as requested and arrived on time. It was an anniversary gift and the recipients were very happy with it. They sent me a picture of their gift and it looked even nicer than I expected.
