I’m always greeted when I enter the store and they always ask if I need help! The store is always clean and the product is beautifully laid out on the shelves! Gavin and Westin are extremely helpful whenever I go in! I always know I will have a great experience at this GNC!

The last 2 times I went during normal business hours, the store was closed and locked. The staff is not knowledgeable of the product and is more interested in upselling me instead of advice. I'll be going to another store.

Look up the operating hours, set it open at 9 AM, arrive there at 9 AM. Someone showed up next to me at about 9 AM. We both saw that the lights are off and it was closed. I tried calling several times, and the voice recording said the staff is busy with someone else, but the store was empty. At about 916 the door opens. I go inside And ask the girl if I can make a return here if I bought it from another store before I can even finish my sentence she says I don’t know how to do refunds I knew here you should go to another store. No apology no manners, no understanding nothing .

Decent store but there’s always a sign up saying will be back shortly. I like the products but it’s annoying to have posted hours and not operate at those hours.

Friendly staff and they’re fairly knowledgeable too. Just update your hours on google please. Waiting outside at 9AM for someone to come in. Been here about 15 mins now, assuming that they open at 10AM like all the other GNC’s.

Hours aren’t what are posted. Went twice once at opening and once during lunch. Both times closed with a note on door.

Usually when I come in, the people working are super helpful and friendly. Last night I walked in and went straight to the thing I needed and paused briefly while waiting for the person who was at the counter in front of me and as soon as that person left, the guy told me they were closed, rather than asking if there was anything else he could help me find before mentioning that they were closed. Google says they close at 9pm but apparently the sign on the door says they close at 8pm. It was 8:03 when I walked out of the store after purchasing my item. I understand wanting to go home afterwork, but the guy handled the situation totally wrong from a customer service perspective. If he’s there the next time I walk in, I will likely turn right around and walk out.

My wife and I have come here many times and never had any issues. Last time we came in the gentleman was absolutely awesome where others have been somewhat overly helpful, but not pushy, he was welcoming but not in our business.Today though, we had a young girl with braces that, even though I told her "NO" 3 times to signing up, she refused to let me buy my products without signing up. So. CONGRATULATIONS ? you signed us up, but we will never come back..

I was in here to buy GNC Men's 50+ Multivitamins for a family member, but the store was sold out. The employee Erin was very kind and knowledgable explaining to me that they were sold out and had been for quite some time and made a suggestion for another product that was comparable.
