I'm super frustrated because I had spent over $500 on clothing a week ago. And came back for something else today, then was informed that if i sign up with my phone number I'd get discounts everytime I come in. NOT the time I spent $500, but today.. These days we the people need to know these things. I could have saved A LOT of money if I had known I'd be getting a discount. Their prices are a bit high on some things. Like $70 for used shoes?? I may or may not be back. I feel like I was taken advantage of. 😕

Their prices have gotten out of control! This is absurd! These two dresses which had several flaws priced at $100 and $130!!! Walking through your store I slightly chuckle at some of the prices!

Spoke with two employees about why prices get higher ? Her response was inflation! Free donated items, minimum wage employees, but inflation! Inflation for CEO and CFO’s fat checks I guess . Never coming back to any goodwill again. Literally scam.

Place is massively loaded with clothes, but you can find some good stuff. Was looking for letter size file folders, found a box mostly full for $3.

Management here has changed for sure. I've seen some high prices on stuff before but $79.99 each for used Lululemon pants? They had visible abrasion and fading. I've seen their pants at 20, 25, 30.. maybe 40 for Brand New with Tags at other Goodwills but $80 each for any pair of used pants is quite excessive. And no it wasn't supposed to be $7.99 they had secondary markings of LXXX - $80.

Outrageous prices! Entire store has free donated stuff, not even a penny you guys pay for! What’s changed? Same minimum wage employees, same rent, same gas prices, what’s changed for Goodwill? Nowadays all corporates are screwing poor, how fare is that? Shame on you goodwill, you suppose to be on our side!!!

Disappointed that the store was under construction a few weeks ago, which made for crowded shopping in aisles, multiple incidents of breakage from patrons due to the overcrowding on shelves, and completely inaccessible departments while they changed flooring. Just close the store and take care of it! So inconvenient and unnecessary for everyone, first and foremost the employees.
