The people who live for this place, AKA are here every day from the Crack of dawn until the seal of night, toss stuff around while looking in the bins to the point of breaking things, one example being the review video shown above, but much worse. Lots of bad manner types overall. Very nice place to get clothes and other random trinkets and books though.

So this Outlet was good many years ago, but now not so much. You can get lucky but Younger kids constantly breaking the rules, making it not fun for anyone who wants to explore. Sweaty kids at this particular Goodwill outlet are extremely bad, thinking they own the place, pushing people out of the way, all in search of that Vintage shirt that may or may not be in there. The one thing that needs to change is when people line up for new rotations, Aka new bins of items, if they don't like what's in their bin, they rush down to other bins and pull sweaty tricks. Aka try to weasel their way in when people are standing there. If this happens to you, be sure to call goodwill corporate and report what happened. Ask to speak with Catherine Hannam, ask her to put into place, wait away from bins while loading, this will give everyone a fair chance.

Used to be my favorite place to go and find upgrades to my cheap stuff. Now, they said they were given instructions not to sell flat rates any longer. Pans and heavy items for example used to be an option. Now, only cast iron is flat. Ceramic cast? Nope. Heavy electrical? Sure, electrical price but times 20 lbs?! Insane. I've left so many items behind that would have elevated my household.

place is overrun by teenagers who sell on depop and have zero manners. it’ll make you follow the aggressive pace, it’s not worth going to unless you want things snatched from your hands.

I don't get in as much as I like to or used too. Fun place to go though! It's often pretty pushy and crowded however the low prices and variety of cool stuff makes it all worth it! I have never come out empty handed. This place has literally something wanted or needed for everyone. You could spend hours here with out realizing it!

You can find some really good deals here. You pay by the pound everything is pretty clean. I still suggest wearing gloves since most of the donations come in the back and go right out to the floor. Gets a little aggressive in here might want to bring your rugby attitude

Some shoppers make coming here a bad experience by pushing and shoving. It's like common decency is non-existent in their lives. Whether a reseller or shopping for personal use, be nice people. It's not meant to be that serious.

Not the sharpest tools in the shed. You have one single solitary guy outside with a lineup of drop-offs almost out to the curb and he insists on removing the donation items out of the vehicles one at a freakin' time as slow and systematically as possible with just the one bin! I looked inside and saw multiple empty bins + more employees just standing around talking. Don't you think this process would be way more efficient with off-loading two vehicles at once?! Also there was another employee hanging around outside who I guess was one of their maintenance people called out to spray paint an arrow on the pavement with a cigarette dangling out of his mouth ? ? FAIL!
