Husband came in today. They stated on the paperwork they filled the wiper fluid, vacuumed, and washed windows. Infact they did not do any of that. We had to buy wiper fluid and fill it after the oil change was done. The wiper fluid was empty. I am extremely mad as husband is leaving at 5am on a 12 hour road drive. It leads me to question if they did infact change the oil and filter.
This is very unacceptable. And very sad because they were going to be our new go to car place as I live right by. Due to the dishonesty of the service we received, a customer is lost.
$90 for a basic walmart oil change. That is what I got. What else did they not do and stated on paper that they did do. Did my oil filter get changed? Did they even change the oil? Was it even synthetic blend like they charged me for?
So many questions when you will lie about something as basic as a 2 minute vacuum and window clean.

Annoyed at the price and quality of the service. They overfilled the engine by one quart of oil, didn’t actually vacuum the car and used synthetic instead of my requested synthetic blend.

Terrible customer service! They have only one day, one vehicle in the bay, and they said it would be over an hour and a half wait for a basic oil change. Unacceptable!

Arrived there. It’s a little my own fault as I would NOT have gotten an oil change here if I knew they wouldn’t give me full credit for every quart I brought of my own oil and filter and still charge me the “synthetic oil price” 99$ freaking dollars!! like the hole and where the oil goes is the same if I’m bringing my own oil and filter. I shouldn’t get charged a “synthetic price” I should get charged the standard pricing which is 59.99 big difference and I also didn’t receive credit for all oil I provided. I felt robbed when I left. I wouldn’t recommend this place. The owners is who the attendant blamed saying this is their policy, which is a horrible policy there’s only the oil difference if you look at their pricing chart. Brought my own oil still got overcharged.

Told Jeff, I only needed an oil change sat in the lobby for over 15 minutes then he brings me all my filters and tells me I need to replace them with new ones that they provide. My car was vacuumed and papers were organized in my glove box when I got back into my car there was debris from the filter all over my floor and my paperwork was out and scattered. I will never be back here ever again.

Came here after getting a service light on the dashboard. The guys there was super friendly and helpful, they help refilled my engine oil for free, turns out I was just a quarter short of the engine oil. I was in and out there under 5 min and was able to travel back from Portland to Seattle without much delay.

I'm confused, you use Havoline oil, the website says their full synthetic is rated for 7,500-10,000 miles, but you recommend ever 5,000. So instead of honoring the manufacturer, your recommending I get more oil changes per year, spending more money at your store, than needed. Is that correct??

This garage is full of nice people; I broke down about a block away and called asking if they could help. I know nothing about cars, even my own (yeah I know airheaded white girl big shocker) and they were fully booked for the next two days. I told them the situation, and they talked me through safely getting my car to the shop. This happened Wednesday morning, by Thursday afternoon they had my car good to go despite being busy. Well managed from what I can tell, very personable staff, and efficient as all hell.
