I love Groc Out, but this is the worst one. The owners and managers really need to fix the security system so that you can use their hand baskets while shopping. They have it rigged so that if you’re within 30 feet of the front door the beeper goes off, and a cashier has to come find you and turn it off. It often happens 2-3 times each time I go. It even goes off when you’re in the checkout line. This is the closest one to my office, but I’m going to find somewhere else to go because I don’t want to put up with it anymore.

I was shocked at how low some of the prices are for gourmet items. Employees seem enthusiastic, one convinced me to get the app to save more money. My only complaint is the BUMPY parking lot, must be hard on the shopping cart wheels.

We really liked this Grocery Outlet. We've been loyal customers every week since it opened. It is close to home and always very clean. But here lately some of the older female cashiers have been really rude and surly. We've had them say things about stuff we were buying that was inappropriate. The topper was having one of them keep asking us to donate to their go fund me account. That is really inappropriate. I debated even leaving this review but my fiance just said that he no longer wants to shop at that location because that made him feel very uncomfortable and still does. I agreed with him, it did and does make me uncomfortable too. I am hoping someone sees this and addresses these things. Employees should not harangue customers multiple times for donations, unprofessional. If a cashier doesn't like something the customer is buying and the customer didn't ask for the cashiers thoughts on those items then the cashier should keep their rude comments to themselves. Walking away not feeling good about the experience and what I purchased will not bring me back to this store.
