I really love this hotel layout. It's like having a small apartment away from home while doing business. There is a large fridge and comfortable sitting area. I have stayed here twice and I would stay again. It is close proximity to safe walking at night with a couple restaurants and coffee across the street. It's also walkable to the downtown Vancouver Waterfront area, which is full of good eats and treats!

Not particularly easy to get to. Not that many perks for the money. Was nice. Not many options in the neighborhood but what there is, is good although expensive. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Rooms: Suites. Nice fridge. Small Range. Somewhat well stocked kitchen. Decent all around. A little cold and noisy.
Nearby activities: McMenamins mostly. Good coffee shop deli across the street. Nothing Else. Nothing. I guess walking along the river if you wanted.
Walkability: It's pretty much a long walk to anything else or to there exept for the 3 businesses nearby. Cafe, bar and grill, or the other bar and grill. Zero stores or shopping.

We had such a great experience here! Loved the Pickleball court, pool, the rooms, and breakfast! Joel at the front desk went above and beyond helping me get supplies to go pick blackberries that are just everywhere along the boardwalk by the river. This is such a fantastic location, walking distance to Everything! The breakfast was top-notch, I think it was Brigette and Teresa who were the morning staff and just did a phenomenal job. Especially the healthier items like the overnight oats and Chia seed cups and meat substitutes. The rooms were awesome, very clean, with great beds and All the little things ready for us. Definitely will stay here again!

We are Hilton Honors members so we have stayed at several Homewood suites. This one was less than we expected. The rooms had some things that needed repair and were worn. The carpet was dirty. There weren't mattress covers on the bed which is a big concern for me. Didn't care for the rooms opening to the exterior. The pool was FREEZING even tho the temps were in the high 90s. The hot tub was out of order even tho I was told on the phone it would be repaired before our visit.
Biggest complaint is the pool being used by several locals. The people actually told us so it wasn't just an assumption. The pool should be for hotel guests only!
The breakfast was good tho and the location was nice.

There should be a discount if the services can't be provided. 3 weeks ago, their hot tub was out of service, and still is. When asked, they say idk ?♀️. This is a common theme that really annoys me. They'll take your money all day and cut every corner on service to rob the customer. Way to go, cheapskates.

Gradual state of decline.
I've stayed at this property for years, and the qualityhas been going down, but this year I finally hit a limit. Some items they can't fix like increased air traffic, but other items like room hygeine (replace a toilet seat that is damaged or shower curtains), hot water issues, squirrels- I hope - in the ceiling and entry doors that have been broken for at least a year (no security)? Add to that hotel staff that seem annoyed that you're raising issues and you're just asking for a bad experience.
To be clear a lot of the staff are good. Breakfast crew rocks! But others? If you don't like guests saying can you please help - i use please alot - why are you here?

I love it, I reserve a king suit for my husband and I , suit was super clean, was nice overall, bathroom and kitchen was stocked with everything I need, complete breakfast included, few steps to the columbia river shores, beautiful area and restaurants great for our long weekend vacations. I really enjoy my stay here. Totally recommended

Specifically booked this place for the outdoor pool/spa. The hot tub was out of service, and the pool was unheated. I'm pretty sure the price didn't reflect the reduced amenities. It would have been nice to know upfront about lack of these amenities when booking, we would have stayed elsewhere. Otherwise, it was clean and the staff was friendly.

We had a suite for our family of 6. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking pans. Location was fantastic and good walking/running paths nearby. Room wood have fit a play and pack. Unfortunately the beds were doubles not queens (although there was room for queens). We also didn’t love that there were only 2 bath towels in the room to start with and ice is only available in the lobby. The breakfast workers were awesome and breakfast was great.

I have stayed at this property dozens of times over the last 25 years. Sadly this stay will likely be my last. Rooms have become worn, dirty and stained and are in need of light renovation and all new furniture. Prices are comparable to much newer, cleaner high-end hotels nearby.

It was a good experience and the breakfast cooks were amazing. The rooms were great and would like to note that when the tiles in the bathroom get wet you will slip and fall if not being mindful to step on the towel or bath mate
Thank you Hilton.
Rooms: Clean and updated,
Nearby activities: Waterfront
Food & drinks: Two restaurants and a cafe

Filthy room......never again!!! Very disappointed with Hilton! Left all filthy paper towels that I used to wipe diwn everything at front desk!! Sprayed worn and dirty couch and chair with Lysol which I always carry with us but never imagined I would need it at a Hilton facility!!! Very disappointing!!

The only good thing this hotel has going for it is the beds are comfortable I'm on a extended stay working at the vancouver washington location everything here is broke and the female night time security guard is on a major power trip kicks people out of common areas and the lobby is suppose to be open 24/7 to guest and she won't let you go in there and was accused of taking somebody's food when we was cooking pizza in the lobby this place really needs to reign in it's staff we are paying guests and we are diamond members and regardless nobody should be treated this way!
