I would not recommend working with specifically Natasha (Message Therapist) at the Vancouver/Camas location. Working with her for several months giving her positive feedback and compliments after multiple sessions she decided it would be better for me to work with another message therapist. This was explained to me as “Another message therapist would be better to workout different more difficult areas than she could”. This of course made no sense since most of the sessions were simply Swedish non deep tissue messages and she was meeting my needs to workout several high stress and sore down areas. I truly believe she was only interested in amount of tip(s) she was receiving after each session. I was nothing but professional and courteous with showing up early to my appointments never needing to cancel. I choose to cancel my membership solely based on her unprofessional actions. Anna the front desk scheduler and the manager she partnered with was nice and understanding of the situation. Kudos to her, but could’ve been handled much better than it was by the therapist.

I’m writing this review out of complete frustration. I’ve booked massages here many times for my husband and myself over the last couple years. This is the second scheduling conflict that has been an issue. I walked in for my 10am appt today to check in for them to tell me the therapist did not show up and therefore my appt was cancelled. It was mentioned they tried to call, but had my number incorrect, and my appt reminder came through email but no cancellation email. My husbands info is also on the account and no communication. Normally this wouldn’t be a big deal, but as I said before this isn’t the first time, and I’m also training for a relay race come this weekend. I paid for child care, got in a long run and came straight to my massage. So not only out the money for child care, now I have to try and find somewhere for a massage on Father’s Day weekend. Zero attempts were made to move later appts or have me wait to be seen with someone else. I will not be returning to this place of business.

Massage was great! But it’s a false advertisement of 1 hour. I reached there before time and there were lot of forms to fill. My appointment was for 9 am. I was called in at 9:10. Massage started at 9:15 and ended at 9:55. So barely 40 mins.

I have the monthly membership and get consistent facials and massages here. It is worth the money and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Sometimes it’s great and sometimes it’s meh, really depends on the therapist. I’ve found that the massage time at this location isn’t really the full 50 min. Usually it’s about 45, and today my massage was barely 40 min (called back at 2:05, started around 2:10 finished at 2:50). Front desk said it’s because the therapist had back to back appts so that’s why mine was cut short. I’ve learned to navigate which therapist will give your full time and which ones won’t. It seems like management might be overbooking their appts so the therapists have to compensate by shaving time off where they can.
Three stars because when it’s good it’s fantastic! When it’s not, then I wouldn’t recommend.

I was gifted a massage here for Christmas. So, first time here…
Booking an appointment was easy, I did it on line.
Upon arriving today, 1/15/24, staff was busy rebooking people due to weather/employee sick calls. I waited about 5 mins before I was greeted/helped. Waited an additional 7-10 mins, before I was taken back for my one hour massage. I arrived 15 early.
Natasha (sp) 1/15 @ 10:00. Did a fabulous job. She asked great questions, and listened. She was also very clear with her massage plan, and did exactly as she said she would. Massage was great! Perfect amount of pressure! Exceeded my expectations. Thank you very much!
I asked about their membership program, great benefits, easy to pause/freeze or canceled with just 30 days notice. Why not?!
Great first experience. Facility is clean. Love that they also have products/candles/oils for purchase.
See you in a month!

Service was great but H&as website it terrible. Each location has a seperate website so since there are multiple locations and you want to find any that have an opening for a specific service, it is brutally time consuming to enter the same information at multiple sites — there is no apparent way to look for a service opening and be shown any sites within an area that have appointment slots open.

Online booking website needs some work. I attempted to schedule a first time couples massage as a surprise for my husband and I's anniversary. I followed the prompts online under the couples massage services to book the appointment. When we arrived we were informed that an appointment was only scheduled for myself and there was no availability to accommodate another person at that time. They said that it is best to call to schedule a couples massage, but nowhere online indicates this. This would be no big deal for some, but we don't have a lot of extra time having four kids and it can be difficult for us to find childcare. Needless to say, I left very disappointed.

I went here for a massage as it’s close to my house. My massage therapist was Taylor who was very nice and gave a pretty good massage. My issue was that he literally talked the entire massage about everything from conspiracy theories to documentaries. I was pretty unresponsive to his stories but he never stopped talking and never got the hint. Additionally, I paid for an hour massage but he only was in the room for 50 minutes.

Hand& Stone has a very relaxing atmosphere. All the employees were very accommodating. . The facial I had was very relaxing. I would highly recommend Hand and stone for your spa treatments.
