My first time here and I booked their Neve Facial special. 3 days after I booked my appointment, and 2 days prior to, they called and said my appointment would be canceled if I don't give them a card on file. No problem, that's a usual thing, but why wasn't it done when I booked the appointment? Then, day before appt they call and say there is confusion about the service and pricing and the pricing isn't what they told me and what they were advertising, it'll actually cost more now. Spoke to manager Anna and she said they would honor the original pricing. Then took off work for this appt and when I went in they told me I can't have my services today bc of a health issue I had a year ago, that no longer affects me nor is in the face area we will be working on, but until they get a doctor's note they can't do anything. Why would this not have been told to me upon booking the appointment as well? Needless to say, this was enough unprofessionalism for me, not to mention a waste of time, I will not be going back!

First time, loved it! Had massage by Tabitha and facial by Jared--both were awesome and front desk staff was friendly/helpful too. Its clean, current, nice place to relax. Highly recommend

Booked the wrong time, and when I realized my mistake after 5 min, they charged me full price for no service provided. Not going back.

I'm editing to lower it to 1 star due to the fact that I contacted them as requested in their reply and never heard back
I bought a 2 hour massage, which came out to 90 minutes, 10 minutes shy of promised 100 minutes, which for 285$ is pretty bad. I could have maybe let it slide if it was a good massage, but it wasn't, they asked if I had problem areas and I said yeah, please spend half the time (50 minutes) in this one area because the knots are giving me headaches. They spent what I would estimate 3 minutes there. I still have my headaches but with 285+20% tip, I'm pushing 350$. 350$ for a shorted and bad massage. Never going back.

I have been going to H&S for a while, and I found Jeff, Wow. He is truly gifted. I just went yesterday, after a weekend of all kinds of stuff that made my body hurt. Today and am a new human being I feel great. Don’t ask for Jeff, cause he will get all booked up ?. But you will be transported to greatness if you get Jeff. He is also very knowledgeable, and very friendly. Actually, the whole staff is very friendly. Thank you

Massages average service is horrible and they're expensive when you sign up for regular service and membership it's just expensive and they don't treat you well

Misleading bait and switch practices with the price - so unfortunate. Protect yourself and be very clear in getting quotes for the services- Heck just go somewhere else

Excellent first visit here with Jeff as a master Massause. A dear friend treated me to this 50 minute massage, and my experience exceeded my expectations of a "chain" store for massage. Yes, there was up selling but I thought a respectful no was heard and honored. I loved the warm towel on my back and at the end of the session to clean up. Jeff is experienced and masterful, checking in throughout the massage on pressure and comfort. I'm considering the membership, given my great experience and the ease of scheduling and Jeff's skill and demeanor. The lobby is clean and welcoming. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. I'll be back.

I am writing this nearly 3 years after the fact. It makes me sick just looking at the logo of this place. Here are the details of my experience and how disrespectful and incompetent the staff and management is: I think Hand and Stone is the worst I have ever been to. I am a disabled Veteran. I told the staff there I would appreciate a reasonable accommodation to include a notification/reminder email of my appointments and the manager responded with "if you can't handle remembering appointments then we will restrict you to only be allowed to make same day appointments." Mind you, I missed a SINGLE appointment over the span of 6 months. After the manager said this she would manually go behind every appointment I made and cancel it then send me an email saying "you're not allowed to make appointments in advance remember?". Then they repeatedly refused to cancel my membership for months until I contacted the owners on Facebook to resolve it. Hand and stone is by far the worst experiences I've ever had in this county from massage to facials. They also do NOT provide any where near the quality of skin care I want for how expensive they are. I will never return and I adamantly deny any quality of work from the place.

This was my first visit to this Hand and Stone location. The lobby was lovely. The Spa Sales Associates made me feel very welcome. I had a Himalayan Salt Stone Massage with Ms. Josie. I get this massage frequently because of bursitis in my shoulder and arthritis pain. It really helps to manage my pain. Josie was absolutely stellar. Her technique was so relaxing. She knew all the sore places and helped loosen me up. I love this location as well. I will be back for sure to see Josie. I highly recommend without hesitation.

This is second time it happened to me.I came in as the facial appointment that I made and they told me my name not on schedule.After they told me about I should have my text or email to confirm like I know I supposed to Receive then they told me they tried to call me to get my credit card info. And they told me about the email on file and it is not even my email. Front desk did not even want to look further why my email not correct.I also told the front desk I did not get any call or voicemail since the called I made the appointment. Asked for manager number but she did not give it to me .Very disappointed and unhappy because I set out time to come and was thinking I got.

Richard did a fantastic hot stone massage that helped my back and legs. He is very courteous, knowledgeable, and effective.I Highly Recommend!!!
