I am very happy with the service I received from Heatguy LLC. Their technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly, and quickly identified my problem which was a refrigerant leak.I was unfortunate to have my unit break during a major cold spell so they were busier than usual, but they were still very responsive and scheduled me in as soon as they could. I'm extremely happythey are willing to work on Mr Cool equipment.Hopefully I will not have the need to, but I would gladly hire them again to repair my equipment.

Dustin installed 2 mini split system in our house and everything worked very well right from the beginning. I especially liked Dustin's commitment to timelines which made the whole experience stellar. Thanks!

New construction hacks. No accountability. The owner Matt takes no responsibility for his guys poor work. Hog hair filters on fresh air doesn’t stop pollen from getting into the new home. No filtration after fresh air. Lennar homes trusted these guys. Big mistake.

They installed a goodman ac unit. It was incompatible for our furnace system and was nothing but problems. Now 4 years later we have to replace our entire system and have called several times and even went to their office. NO RESPONSE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Next move is small claims court as they are not accepting phone calls and have no contact. Yet their guys are still out installing. BAD COMPANY...Service: Install AC

This contractor installed the system in my house back in 2019 and I've tried to use them for annual maintenance on my furnace and A/C system since then. Tried is the operative word. That is if you can get someone to call you back. Last year they came out for service and gave me the wrong filter for my unit. When I discovered it in July (at the time to change the filter) I left them a voicemail. Never called back. Called them again in December to schedule annual service. Never called back. Left them another voicemail 1/3/23 - never called back. Don't use this company - they don't value real customers and only value new construction.

The weather was very cold and our heat pump was unable to heat the house. Dustin came out within a couple of hours, on icy roads, two days before Christmas. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He fixed our heating issue and adjusted our vent air flow on the spot. Totally satisfied. Thank you!Service: Repair HVAC

My furnace stopped working and I called Heat Guys. They came out within a couple of days and diagnosed the problem, ordered the part which came in quickly and they were right back and now I am sitting in my 114 year old house, warm as toast!!! The two men, Andrew and Ryan, were very professional, courteous and highly skilled. They let me know what was happening at every step and when they would be arriving and what they found. I Highly Recommend this company and the people who are working so hard for them! It is getting colder and I cannot imagine better service and at such a busy time of year!

Had an estimate done in February. the 2 people that came out, Andrew and Dallas if I remember correctly, were both punctual, polite, and knowledgeable in regards to what I was hoping to have done on my house, and provided options that I had not considered that were actually very good.However, I was unable to move forward after receiving the final quote the next day from Ashley, as when I attempted to email back and call for more information and possible financing options, I was ignored every time. I continued to try almost daily until my quote window passed and have decided to go with another company.Edit: Hello Corinna, my information may have been set up under my son's name, Michael A, as he was the one who requested the quote initially since he knew Chelsey, but I was the point of contact since it is my home. Also I believe I may be wrong, the estimate may have been done the last week of January and we received the quote on the 2nd of February. I am attaching a redacted version of the quote we received as proof that we are not faking our negative experience.I do not believe in putting full names on reviews as I find it unsafe. If you are unable to find information under either of our names, maybe ask Chelsey for a reminder since she had a hand in the initial process and would remember us.I also have but one review as I have usually only used companies that have a review section directly on their website.

This company had my Google review removed. And my account flagged. They are incredibly unprofessional. The owner is petty and doesn't care about customer service in the slightest. All they care about is making money. The receptionist is rude, condescending, yells on the phone and eats popcorn/chips on the phone. I created this Yelp after discovering my Google review was deleted to express my displeasure with this company. They accuse every poor review of being a "disgruntled ex-employee" in some sad attempt to cover their own butts. It's really pathetic how they handle bad reviews. This company is terrible and no one should use them.

Never open after 3:30 even though the door says open until 4:30. There is always a car out front but no one answers the door. Can't get anyone on the phone after 3:30 either. I went in around 1ish maybe a month ago and the door was unlocked but no one was inside. Haven't been able to buy filters for at least 2 months. If I could buy them elsewhere I would but unfortunately that isn't a possibility for whatever reason. It seems HeatGuys has monopolized the filter market for my subdivision.

I posted a review to yelp also:I haven't used heat guy in a few years, but have been with them for a long time.They use to be great. Chelsea and Shannon were awesome!But now the Office staff is very unprofessional. She refused to allow me to speak to a manager. And informed me she is the only person in the office. She was eating chips on the phone. She yells on the phone. She is very pushy for scheduling. Allison I think her name was? I would suggest more training for her, or better supervision. Unfortunately I will not be able to continue our business relationship until this problem is rectified.Have a blessed day,Dave C.

The receptionist was so nice and informative on the phone and in person. I highly recommend this company. The techs were fast friendly and prefessional.
