I had a very unpleasant experience at H&M. A blonde female employee with a bob haircut was extremely rude and disrespectful. Her attitude towards customers was completely unprofessional — she spoke in a harsh and unfriendly way, making the whole visit uncomfortable. Because of her behavior, I don’t want to shop at this location again. Very disappointing service. I do not recommend

If I could’ve given this less I would’ve.
I purchased a top that was an online return at this location. I clearly remember asking the cashier if all items were returnable because I wasn’t sure if it would work with the outfit I had in mind at home. She clearly said YES. She was able to ring me up and I paid full price for it.
I took it home. Didn’t work. I thought I had the peace of mind to just take it back and expect my money back.
When I went to return it, the cashier said it should have been sold in a set of 2 and that it should’ve come with a pair of shorts. They probably assumed that I was trying to keep the damn shorts. How was the online return completed in the store without having the shorts?
The manager did not want to refund it for the full price I paid. The “best” they could do was give me half off.
Why the hell did they allow me to purchase it without being a set of 2? So they gladly took my money for an incomplete set but couldn’t return my money?
This is absolutely inappropriate and should be called out.
DO BETTER. Completely displeased. Worse experience.
Don’t sell “incomplete” stuff if you can’t even process a return for what I bought it for.
To add to their inadequacy, they charged my card for the complete purchase amount again. I will be disputing this charge and hope that they get their act together and fix their second mistake.

The clothes are cute, but EVERY time o go here and put in my Gmail or phone number for my rewards points, they somehow can't find my account. Please do better.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this H&M location. One of the employees, blonde short haired woman and white I forgot her name (kind of looked like a blonde willy wonka), was incredibly disrespectful and sarcastic during our interaction. She made me feel stupid while returning an item. What made matters worse was the overtly racist undertone in her behavior, which was both unprofessional and hurtful. I expect better from a brand like H&M, and this kind of conduct is completely unacceptable. I will think twice before shopping here again unless proper training and accountability measures are put in place.

My husband purchased a polo shirt from H&M at the end of last season and just hung it up in his closet. He went to wear it this week and noticed security tag was still on it. I went back to the store and explained the situation and the clerks and manager treated me as if I was a thief. They wouldn’t remove the security tag that their store failed to remove and didn’t do their their job correctly for a shirt that we paid for and can’t wear. I understand theft is prominent in this area but there needs to be some sort of discretion or a system of tracking your drivers license for these type of unfortunate situations. Very frustrating and walked out feeling judged liked a criminal.

I normally don’t do reviews but I’ve been shopping with this specific store for years, I’ve always had good costumer service but this last time I was so grateful for the help that was provided to me I was help by two people the second girl I got to catch her (Analee) the other gal I’m sorry but she was such great help and I hope this company knows the value of their workers. She helped me find everything I was looking for. Working on Black Friday I imagine isn’t ideal but they made it look so easy today. ?

The Store Manager Ruben Rozales is very unprofessional throughout the hiring process. Applied, received an email of when to schedule an interview only for him to say he will get back to me by end of day, which led to being ghosted for weeks. Tried following up, calling the store and leaving a voicemail on his personal cell to schedule an interview only to be ghosted. Has no respect for other peoples time.Glad I dodged a bullet working for a boss like him lol.
