I was quite happy with all Home Depot stores in general and this one was no different. Until the day I decided to call in and check how much it will cost to rekey a lock. I expected like $10 bucks but to my surprise I was told "we're doing it for free, please come in. When I went there I was told "buy a lock(even if I bought it from them, I just wanted to rekey one which was of a specific color) and we will rekey it, we are not doing that for free either. So literally I spent 1 hour calling and, coming there to get literally a rude FO kind of response. I will reconsider my opinion about this Home Depot and will bring my business to Lowe's across the road then.

Honestly I thaught home depot was great. But in the last 3 and half weeks I've spent almost 20k in roofing materials. I paid for materials to be delivered they came innthe middle of the day after requesting for a 9 am delivery time. The delivery driver called dme and said they couldn't fit everything on the truck. 20 minutes later ingot another call saying they got it all on the truck. When it got to me product was damaged. When I called to talk to someone I got hung up on several times especially when asking to speak with a manger. Figured that would be the end of it. Oh no between the many trips into the store to try and get it corrected I was told I would have store credit and that never happened. I realized that on buying material I overlooked low slope roofing material. Of course I had to order online. So I did and waited. The day it was supposed to be delivered no call. The next day still no call telling me it's in. I finally called amd tried to talk to someone yet again. Was told only part of my order was shipped and nobody could tell me we're the rest of it was. Was told someone would look into it and give me a call back. Received no call back. I finally had a chance to go in the next day again nobody could tell me we're the rest of my order was asked to speak with manger. The manger come up to customer services and tells menthol same thing I don't know we're it is. At this point it's been almost a week after the product was supposed to be ready for pick up. Manger just looks at me and says we will call when it's ready. That was two-days ago. I did finally get my order one box completely rewraoped in tape and 3 others box smashed. Needless to say I just will not be going back for anything anymore. I know lowes is a bit more in price but customer service and general respect for the people spending money in there store has been like day and nite.

Customer service was the best for years and years. If you asked someone where something was, they knew exactly where it was, and insisted on taking you to it.
Now it's a bunch of kids with cell phones. You ask them, where something's at, and they say hold on and they open up their phone and start looking there for the items location the store?
70% of the time, they can't find it on their phone, and have to go ask someone else instead.
Then, at checkout, you have the customer service person asking you to go online and take a survey, about their customer service.
This is what happens when an economy gets shut down over a virus that has a 99.8% survival rate, while also giving the customer service people an alternative, take the vaccine, or lose your job.
When Society does something this stupid, we wind up with stupid people in customer service.

Had great help upon entering store even though they were affiliated with store. Paint department was friendly, helpful, had great advice, even had checkstands open. I did not want to check myself out of the store. Technically this is the Camas or E Vancouver WA, store, not the Vancouver WA.

They sell your personal information
If you want to work there you can’t talk to a manager.
It’s a 3rd party and after 2 hours of questions via online my email and phone blew up.
It’s been two months now and it hasn’t stopped with skam calls and constant emails….
They sold all of my personal information applying to potentially become an employee.
25 years experience in construction and I still got denied a position after all of that.?
It’s really unfortunate how they work on the back side and sell your information.
That’s just straight dirty.
