My motorcycle was in this shop for three months before I was told they couldn't find parts or fix it. Very disappointed. Now, this is the second week in a row they are closed, I can't even pick it up.

This guy has had our ATV for three months. He said it would be done in a week. Then claimed he couldn't get the part ordered. My husband went online and found the part in 5 minutes. By the way we only know this because my husband keeps going in, not one call from this company on status. Went in today to pick it up to take it somewhere else and sign on shop it's been closed all week. Last week he was closed again due to heat. We can't even pick it up because no one is ever there. Would never recommend this business!

Definitely the WORST shop around. Had my sled for 16 months with no work progress. Brian is a liar and it appears unless you have a new machine, he is clueless and does not care about his customers. Each time I inquired about my sled I was lied to and given false information on progress, waiting parts, etc., even when the part arrived, no progress for 8 months. I picked up my sled, note 16 months after dropping it off, the engine was partly torn down, parts were in a box and some missing, inch of dust and NOT to the progress he promised 2 months prior. When I inquired about the sled over the spring, Brian told he wasn't working on snowmobiles again until September, I asked in Sept. and he said it was on the lift being worked on, no contact for 3 months, when I went in, my sled was tucked n the back with a pile of other machines full of dust, waiting to be worked on. friend had similar experience. Took Brian nearly 3 years to complete and return friends backup sled. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE

The owner is a liar do not take your stuff to him I don't think he knows what he is doing told me and my grandson 2 weeks to rebuild his carb. I went and got it today almost 12 weeks later hadn't touched it told me several different times Friday the guy is a total flake and liar I should have read the reviews Pro Caliber referred him I would not let him do anything thing you will be sorry .

Works on new and old Buell's.Had a front wheel bearing go out on my S3. He had to cut it out and save the rim.He also mounted and balanced a new tire.Great guy who deserves our support!

A friend recommended this place when I got my bike a few years ago. Will continue going to Hoodview Performance in the future. The prices are reasonable and great customer service

Brian is very helpful,knowledgeable,and friendly. Have ordered quite a few parts from him. prices are very reasonable compared to internet prices. They haven't done any wrenching for me yet so I can't comment on that but so far I'm very happy with the service and prices.
