I was able to get an appointment the next day. When I came in, Stephanie was sweet and greeted us with a smile. Not even 10mins later I was already walking out the door! Filing with them have made so much easier and pleasant. Great location too.

Filing was quick and east I just wanted more options because I filed later. TurboTax is easier to understand online and has helpful professionals but I would rather use HR if I'm filing in a time crunch.

Had a phone appointment with someone here. Waited almost an hour after the time they said they were going to call me, so I called them only to find out that the lady I was scheduled with thought that it was an in-person meeting.After the meeting was over, they said they would send me a follow up email for me to submit my tax documents through. Waited a week and got no email.Called the location to ask what was up. They said there wasn't an email on my account, even though I gave them my email during the appointment. If that's the case I don't know why the person I had my appointment with never bothered to call me about the issue.Gave them my email again and my phone number. Fast forward a few days and I never got the email or a call from them asking for more information. Called them again and they were able to find my H&R account but had no record of me working with this location for the 2022 tax year, and they were unable to find the person that I had my meeting with.Do they not keep records of their phone appointments? I gave them my email, phone number, full name, H&R account, surely they should have been able to find some record of my appointment so they could get in contact with the tax professional I talked to.
