I have gone to H&R Block since 1999 and filing my first taxes when I was in the Marines. I have never ever come across someone as rude and unprofessional as Lisa Ferguson in all the time that I have been using this serviceTo start off she was extremely rude and unprofessional when we came in with all the documents. Lisa, complained about the volume of paperwork we had the light ink that was used and how since we were government employees we could have sprung for better or new ink cartridges.Lisa then proceeded to complain about how long it would take to enter the documents into the system since we didn't have a relationship with her. She then lambastes us for not using the same person year after year not sure why that matters, do they get commissions or something?Lisa then had no idea how to enter the EV tax credits we were eligible for and after a long period of messing around asked for help and was successful for entering one vehicle for credit but could not figure out how to enter the other one. She then asked us to reschedule since she had another appointment behind us, she called us late to begin with after we got there early and she was sitting behind her desk joking around with another associate.We rescheduled the appointment for the following day and gave her my wives number to call when she asked for a number to call us back with after she does some research. She then proceeds to call me 11 times before 9am on a Saturday, leaving very curt and rude messages. In one of the messages she tells me that according to her research on the IRS website that we can only get a household credit or 7500$ for two separate EV purchases which is incorrect. She then proceeds to cancel our follow up appointment without even letting us know. We found out when we called to cancel the appointment ourselves rather than pay this rude and entitled woman 600$+ to file our taxes. I am seriously considering never using H&R block ever again. This is the second year in a row with unsatisfactory service. The previous year the associate forgot to mail or give me to mail my tax document for the State of Oregon which held up my refund for almost a year, its a good thing Oregon pays interest on refunds.

Julia was honestly the worst H&R representative I have delt with. She was super unprofessional and unpunctual. Julia Mcafee you were sincerely very unpleasant to work with . I hope you have the day you deserve !

Julia was the worst H&R representative that I have ever worked with. She is Bias, unprofessional and to top it off, she was unpunctual. Julia Mcafee I hope you have the day you deserve. If their was a -star believe me, she deserves it.

It's taken 2 months. I've dealt with like 3 tax "specialists" and taxes are due in less than 12 hours. Every employee I've talked to from this company seems to be either unhinged or incompetent. First Lady took a month to tell me she didn't know what she was doing. Currently this lady's talking about shooting IT people lined up outside her office? Took her 4 or 5 phone calls over 3 hours just to repeat what I was saying back to her. This entire experience has been awful. I would've given up my return or paid money just to have it end sooner. By far the worst customer support experience I've ever had.

Very disappointed and upset! My husband and I have gone to H & R block for over 20 years, only to be told that we need to go elsewhere to have our taxes done. We were told that our taxes was too complicated for them. Not true, my tax information is the same as last year. ?
