These guys are friendly, fast, and fair. MY computer wouldn't post on boot and i couldn't figure it out. They had it fixed and back to me in 2 hours. Even threw in a couple pieces of hardware for free. Highly recommend

Incredibly honest and trustworthy people. I brought in my computer and it took him about 2 minutes to fix the problem. He told me that since it was such a simple fix, he wouldn't charge me. He told me to consider it a Christmas present. What a great dude. Seriously, give them your business, they deserve it.

Was fixing my computer and suspected I damaged the pin on my CPU socket. Shop was extremely helpful at finding the rouge pin and were able to fix it and helped me trouble shoot what was going wrong. Quick, curious, and professional service.

I had gone to this store twice now and it broke again! So I went to a different repair shop and they showed me pictures of how sloppy of a job they did. Leaving a ton of goop on the insides, bad thermal paste, and leaving missing parts out of it. Don’t recommend for HDMI port repairs.

I purchased a video card on OfferUp, the guy selling it is the owner of this shop. I thought it was strange that he was selling the card on OfferUp, since he had a shop & strange that he didn't want to meet at the shop. But I brought a 1080ti @ $700, took it home, turned it on & it fires up. I shut it down & turned it on the next day, it works, I go to update the driver & it crashes, with black screen. I tried to get ahold of him on the app, he didn't answer. He ignored me for 10 days, then finally answers & tells me to bring it by his shop. Then he said he can't get it to show a picture, I told he that this was the problem. He told me to fix it. I was like, how is that fair, so he offers to fix it for me, for free, 3-5weeks & gave me a receipt It's now been 8-9weeks, while I called every week or so, far an update. Was told it was done on the 5th week, but no pickup date available, kept calling. He finally answered, said he lost my number, & lost his copy of the receipt. Even thought he has my contact info from OfferUp, text, calls & receipt. But no contact, now the card is defective, he is accusing me of tampering with it, & refuses any compensation for the fraudulent product. I still have my copy of receipt. He was quick to point blame at me & even quicker to deny responsibility for it. He gets $700 for a brick he sold me. If you look through the bad reviews of the company, the owner replies with poor grammer & responses of a high school drama queen. Very childish for a grown man. This is the worst experience, the only thing he can fix is basic repairs, as they had me wait for hours to be seen, & I watch the "repair" service they offer. I wish I could give 0 stars. !!!DO NOT COME TO THE RIP OFF ARTIST/SCALPER!!!I'm sure he will reply with blaming me. Like he does with every bad review. It's funny how a repair shop can conduct business outside of his shop, then deny responsibility for it. May God have mercy on your soul.Update: You were the one talking about crypto mining. I told you that I was buying it for my gaming concole, VR side load. It worked for a day. You sold me a bad card & now take no responsibility for it. I did no tampering. You sold it to me like that. & From the 2nd day you avoided me. I sent multiple messages through OfferUp, you claim you didn't see them, but the app tells me when the other party has read them. Then you "lost" my contact info, even though you had it on the receipt you gave me, had text from me & calls from me every week. You've been avoiding me since you sold the card, showing me that you knew there was a problem. Show the video of the fur mark if you tested it. You don't have one. You are a scammer. Blaming your customers for your faulty products. You are a thief for selling a $700 product that works for a day.

I spilled water on my laptop and took to them. They let me come in right before the superbowl too. They cleaned it and I got it the next day. The laptop runs fine still weeks later.

The owner is a very nice, knowledgeable person and very congenial as well. He replaced my laptop battery quickly and at a very fair price. He also checked it for malware before returning it to me.I highly recommend this person and this store!!

They were fast and friendly! They happened to have my screen for my broken laptop in stock, which was awesome! It seems it was a little pricey, but I have not had to replace a screen before so I have nothing to compare it to. I would come back again!

Darren is an absolute hero. He was able to image our failing hard drive and put the information on a new solid state drive. It started with our computer getting really slow. Believing this to be caused by software or the number of programs, we tried guides to help. And then it suddenly got really bad and took 30 minutes to shut down and reboot. When it came back, it had a small icon with a caution message about Intel storage. Google searches (on a different device) said it could be due to a failing hard drive. We shut it down.I called three other computer places, but Darren was the only business that actually answered. I was able to take my computer there the same day. Turns out my hard drive was very, very bad. Bad sectors and possibly misaligned head based on the strange noises it was making. I was distraught, but Darren was very kind and understanding.It looked like it was like going to need to be sent to one of those places that dissects the drive to get the data at high cost. But against all odds, Darren was able to recover the data without having to do that. He put it on a new solid state drive. Our computer is now lightning fast and we learned a valuable lesson in imaging versus backups.This business is knowledgeable and down to earth and didn't use the blinding you with a science terminology a lot of IT people seem to do where you have no idea what they are talking about. He was understanding and compassionate when I was crying over the possibility everything was lost. He saved the day! Highly recommended!
