Came to this CrossFit while in Vancouver visiting some family and was so impressed. The instructor Ashley was awesome and gave great tips on form and was overall encouraging. Other folks at the gym were very friendly, it feels like a nice tightknit community here. Highly recommend.

I started going to Industrial CrossFit a year ago after moving to the area and from another gym. The coaches and athletes were so welcoming and humble. All different ages and experience levels. Any workout can be scalable and fit your specific need! Highly recommend this gym. You won’t regret it!
