Industrial CrossFit is a friendly and supportive gym with a strong community. The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging, and invested in each person's goals. Members appreciate the personalized support, whether for fitness, postpartum recovery, or pregnancy. The gym welcomes everyone, including kids, and creates a fun, motivating environment. Many find it to be a special place where they feel like family and enjoy training with awesome people.

I am currently in my fifth week at Industrial CrossFit, and it has truly been a wonderful experience. The community there is incredibly welcoming, motivating, and fun. The coaches are excellent at providing workout modifications tailored to individual fitness levels.

Everyone is very supportive, especially the coaches! They adjust to one's own level & move you up from there. Highly recommend!

I joined this gym in January after never succeeding in a gym. The whole community is kind and supportive and I’ve always left feeling so much better than when I arrived. I only have great things to say!
