Will definitely be back again! I just moved here from MN, needed to get my battery replaced and had amazing service from Arnel and Andrew. I had previously went to get one on my own - ended up with the wrong battery and spent way too long trying to replace it before coming to these guys. Within minutes they had my battery picked out, installed, and sent me on my way! They even stayed late to help me and made sure everything worked accurately. Highly recommend this location!

Quick easy accurate service. The Counter help was very pleasant and helpful... They even loaded up the batteries and gave me a complimentary strap to aid in me installing them.

If I could give a higher rating I would. I had a dead car battery and a busy weekend ahead of me. When I finally was able to get a jump and drive over to interstate, I realized they were closed. I missed them by ~20 minutes on a Friday night. After making some calls in the parking lot, an employee who was closing up in their yard noticed my stress paces and walked up, pointing out I hadn’t shut my car off. I explained it was dead and difficult to get the jump. He opened the store back up, and by the time someone else was done checking me out I walked outside to find him tightening the last bolt after installing the new battery for me. Couldn’t believe the service and cannot recommend these folks enough. THANK YOU!

I was stuck in the Fred Meyer parking lot with a door latch issue that prevented me for closing my door. Parked next to me was an interstate battery truck and the driver (Brian) was inside. I needed extra hand to fix my latch issue so I waved at him asking him to pease come out. He gladly gave me a hand and FIXED my door latch! He was on his lunch and totally not obligated to help me, he was just being a great person. I really appreciate you Brian! I will use interstate batteries from now on because of you lol.

Great sales person checking my battery and putting in a new one. I did have a very hard time finding the place as I did not write the address down or have directions and the lovely lady on the phone talked me through it and I got there before they closed!!!
