The staff is not friendly. When I go in to make a loan payment, no one smiles and no one is friendly.

They do HARD pulls for checking accounts, which is not standard. These stay on your credit for 2 years.

IQ has many advantages over your traditional being private verses public. That should speak for itself. Lower interest rates on my car loan, partnering with lots of little private banks to expand your ATM footprint. Service is always friendly and helpful without dragging through the red tape mud. Don’t take my word for it tell them my name for a referral and I bet you get the red carpet rolled out plus up to $100 for being referred. Just mention I referred you in any of the two branches in Vancouver Just off Mil Plain between 160th and 205.

Really changed my perspective on banking once I switched to IQ. Super easy to get a hold of, respectful and kind staff, quick to solve issues. I've never expected a bank/credit union to look out for me but they really do! I worked with Rachel to set up my account just over a year ago and I cannot imagine going back to any other bank. She was so kind, walked me though setting up a credit card (took the extra time to go over how to properly use and build good credit) and overall made the experience very pleasant. Really appreciate this Branch and the work you all do! Highly recommend.

IQ, Biometrics? That's for big banks. I've been banking with you for years. I chose a credit union to avoid that nonsense. I'm shopping around for someplace safer.

I walked in for my first time to open an account. Best service ever! Listened to my needs and concerns. Answered all my questions and more. Made me feel as a family member. Personal. They knew me by name 3 days later! So glad!!

Got my card deactivated after using it for a couple of recent purchases by their fraud department. They had recently raised my credit limit without being asked after years of refusing to raise the limit when I requested it. My credit score is over 800 and I make close to $90k a year. My limit now is $7500 on this card. After making a purchase for roughly $750 and another for $350 this apparently raised a red flag even though this did not even put me anywhere close to my credit limit. I even confirmed the $750 purchase via text shortly after I made it. Then they asked a series of questions but never once asked for my security code on my account. Now I'm seeing similar complaints on here. I've been banking with them for a long time and their customer service has gone downhill since I became a member. I doubt I will be using them for any future large transactions. This seems pretty ridiculous given that I have other cards with much larger credit limits and have had zero issues with using any of those. Very dissatisfied to say the least.

Good bank, never had any issues. Only complaint is they should get rid of their ATM seeming as it's down 80% of the time and you can hardly ever deposit cash.

After only a few calls, maybe two voicemails, and absolutely no letters sent to my address, IQ Credit Union closed my account and blocked access to the app. If there was more of an effort made to inform me of an account issue, I would have taken care of it.Now? They're the BofA and Wells Fargo of the banking world. Absolutely horrible customer service, and absolutely no sympathy. I'll take care of the collections bill (less than $125 dollars mind you) and never do business with them again.Any time I tried to call them back and reach them at a branch, I've had to leave voicemails with no calls back. I finally got off the phone with one of them today OVER ONE MONTH LATER after the issue was present on my account. Thanks IQ Credit for showing your true colors. Never again will I be fooled by your thievery.

They are great as long as you NEVER have to change anything. I moved and changed my address with them. First; my checks were sent out with two addresses, one being the address I no longer lived at. When I asked to have the old address removed, my new mailing address was also removed. I noticed it and again had to add my mailing address. Then when my card was expiring they send it to my physical address NOT my mailing address, so I again had to update my address. Plus I had to go in and get a new card. Since it was "lost" I had to get card number, so I had to update all my autopay bills. Then within a few weeks the ATM at the Camas location held my card. It was a Saturday so I had to wait until Monday to get a new card and even though it was a IQ ATM they would not give me the same card number. So I once again had to update all my autopay bills. Since their hours are limited I have not only lost wages for fixing their errors, but also the personal time to fix them all. Everyone has been pleasant (online and in every location) however due to all the errors I will be looking for a new credit union. If this many mistakes are made on a simple address change and new card I can't imagine the mistakes that would occur if I had any major issues.I just checked my account and they also charged me a fee for the card that their ATM held. Classy.

The staff is terrific - there's always friendly atmosphere. However, their check deposit app has rejected 50% of the checks I deposit making it worthless. 5 stars for theiQCU people - zero stars for their check deposit app

My husband and I recently went in to apply for our first auto loan & were working with Amanda Hocking. Very uncommunicative and let us apply for a loan which she knew we didn't meet the requirements for. You'd think if going over your clients information and knowing they don't meet the requirements you'd let them know and not have them apply. We even had to contact her several times via phone and email which she always took a day or two to respond. Big thumbs down and will never go through iQ again because of her.

Always friendly staff when I go into the bank. Problem is when I have time to go into the bank they are closed, and the drive up ATM only works half the time. Certain services such as deposits don't seem to be available 24/7. Most of the time you can't print a receipt either. I end up going to my other bank most of the time.
