The customer service in the office at the site are so caring so understanding and helpful. It's unreal they don't just care about getting payment. They try to help you and they're so. Amazing at what they do.It's a little spendy, especially with people that live on S.S.I And I wish it was open till 10 instead of 9 because I work all day but other than that, you couldn't ask for a better storage .There's not a lot of riff rat there either and kara Not sure how to spell it, but she works at the desk at the place and stays there in the apartment. She is so caring so understanding and so great at her job. I wish every customer service person was like her. She needs a raise. She needs to be awarded for her kindness. She's helped me through a lot of stuff. Just talking with me.

Penny was thorough and helpful. She answered any questions that my son and I had, without hesitation. I only wish that the inside of the unit was swept clean…pretty dirty…will take a broom over.
