I had a great experience with Jacobus. They kept in constant contact during the repairs and went above and beyond. When I picked up my car, it was spotless inside and out. They replaced the rear bumper and taillights and they look great! I asked what product I could use on my yellowing headlights. They took my car back to the shop and buffed them out. They even made the car rental process super easy.

Excellent communication, compassion for dealing with an accident, smooth process to get the rental car and picked up from there quickly, highly recommend! Wish they also did regular car repairs as they were so great to work with!

The whole Jacobus team was excellent in making sure I felt comfortable with their pricing and work. Honestly I feel they went well over above & beyond in making sure their customer (me) was completely satisfied with the quality of bodywork done and in such a timely manner saving me a lot of money. This whole experience with Jacobus was hassle free and totally stress free. I highly recommend them.

I was a little skeptical at first driving into their shop grounds but my feelings and perception was quickly put to rest. The guys were very professional, kept me updated and quickly turned my car around very fast. They did an excellent job. Highly would recommend them.

Great group of guys. Handled everything for me, including my rental picked u p my car yesterday and it looks beautiful. They cleaned the inside as well and it’s back to looking brand new. Everything happened in a timely manner and my car was ready 3 days before their estimated date. Highly recommend them
