i like stopping here with my friends and doodling with the art supplies but the workers absolutely profile alt people. me and my 2 friends are alt and a girl working here confidently walked up to me and accused me of putting stuff in my bag. she even said the cctv caught me and everything... i didn't even touch my bag the whole time i was in there. even opened it to show her and all that was in there was my phone charger and 2 nuis they don't even sell here lol

Absolutely disrespectful staff the women who opened the store was too busy talking on the phone with her husband for over an hour that she couldn’t help any customers we tried getting her attention 2 times and they refuse to give any manager or owner information in order for people to file a complaint. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The staff was so friendly. Went to the second location first. Loved the variety. Then went to the first, but ended up going back to the second and bought more stuff there. So worth it. I got ATEEZ merch since I had just gone to the Tacoma Dome concert and needed more. I hope to go back soon.

My daughter loves K-pop. She found Tomorrow x Together’s photo books, albums and necklaces. She likes a stray Kids too. They are so popular like a BTS. So many goods and all kinds of stuffs. They have animation figures and poster frames. Very interesting place.

i love these stores. the people who run them are very friendly and kind. there's lots of kpop/anime merch that we otherwise would not have easy access to in the area, and they keep it up to date. cute stationary you wouldn't find on amazon either. and they supply pokemon cards from different countries!

For fans of Pokemon and soft toys and animation.Big choice. There is a thematic office.You can buy a large size Pikachu. Backpacks, handbags, keychains. You are not allowed to bring drinks or food into the store.

For those complaining about the prices need to understand this is a family business. Yes prices are going to be more to support the shipping from japan, quantity, quality and to support the family business. How do you think business make personal income back? They pay 10x more to get items in on time and in good quantity to only make like 5% of that back. If you want cheaper prices than promote the company more business means more positives changes. Check the economy before complaining about a small business price

Scalper prices for the Gunpla, serve a decent variety, don't purchase any models unless you want to pay a surplus of 20 for the cheapest model grade.

They're straight up ripping people off with what they charge for their gunpla models several models are easily $40 markups compared to the regular retail price. one high-end model was listed at $400+ and you can easily buy it at other physical stores in the area or online for $325...DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
