Not good at all. Services were very poor. Staff was very rude, tried to hard sell things I was not interested in. I only wanted was a oil change. PERIOD !!! WILL NEVER USE AGAIN. WAS A CUSTOMER FOR THE LAST 20 YEARS. One star should be minus.

They are good salesmen and sales women. I usually only opt for a oil change, but ended up getting the full meal deal. The guy that was the lead guy was pushy and rude to some extent. I will continue to use this company in the future. But will keep my guard up next time. Have been going to jiffy lube for years. But the management has changed there. And that's too bad. There were too many employees there. Also the guy lied to me, said one price without the coupon and then charged me the same price with the coupon. Not really sure why they changed their personnel but it's sad. Use to love going there. Maybe I'll change to Another Company next time....Not really very personable.and very expensive this time and people were not very personable this time at all! Got double charged for several things. Usually I pay close attention, but since I have been dealing with a house fire a few days ago, and my husband passing away a month ago, I trusted this co. As I have in the past years. Never again! Buyer Beware!

All the time that I go there they charge extra money for a lot of things like the other day I brought my Honda and they charge me 225 dollars for oil change. I’ll never go back to this place they always do that, I don’t know if they do it because I’m a women.!

The staff is always great, but i quit going because they are always saying stuff is wrong that is not, definitely prefer and recommend valvoline, clear prices no surprise charges.

Pulled in and service was fast The whole crew was on it. They checked my battery voltage and flushed out my oil before my oil change. All Under 20 minutes. Very nice folks as well.

Straight forward, respectful and offer services while not pushing for them to be done. I'm very pleased with the guys. Done an excellent job. Can be pricy but that's what you get for quality service I think.

I went to the walnut grove location and got an oil change. When I was on my way home the skid plate under my car came halfway off and was dragging on the road on the freeway because the guy who did it didn’t put it on right. By this point the hazel dell location was closer so I pulled up after they were closed and the employees still helped put everything back on the way it should have been on in the first place. These guys are awesome for helping me even after they had closed.

I'm only giving this 2 stars because I was able to get right in, no appointment and I was out in about 30 min, otherwise they'd get none. I can't reward dishonesty. I went in for a full synthetic oil change, roughly $125 dollars, and also had a coupon for $25 off for that location. $100 bucks, cool, sounds good. I ended up paying $300. An oil change should include a new oil filter, and it does according to the website. They charged me extra. Not only that, I was charged twice. They also upsold me on a few other things which I was ok paying since I went too long between services. But they also charge me $32 for something called "VS7 Engine Shield", no idea what that is nor did they mention it. One of the upsell services I agreed to was an engine flush which he said was $90 but he'd "give it to me for $60". I also told him I had a $25 coupon, the guy goes "Oh I was gonna give you a $30 off one" and I said ok that would be great. The discount on my bill was only $20 and that was the engine flush. He didn't give me the $30 off coupon he mentioned. Just felt like I was at a timeshare presentation in Mexico. The window sticker they gave me for my next service reminder was out only 3,000 miles from my current mileage. I said something and they kid working on my car goes, "oh that's way to soon, let me get you a new one". I suspect if it wasn't a mistake, lots of people would be too naïve and come in 4 times a year. Just seemed like a lot of dishonesty. I also asked if I could see the dipstick to see the oil was clean and the level was good, they said my car doesn't have a dipstick, whether that's true or not, I have no idea. If time is important to you and you don't mind it being spendy, go here. Otherwise you could probably do better elsewhere.

I love this Jiffy Lube. They are attentive and they have great guys/ gals working there. Props to Alex.. SO NICE as well as Zach, Marty & Devon today… They had me in and out quickly. all my filters are cleaned, fresh oil, wiper blades, Windows are washed and I’m ready to go! Thank you.

The website listed an Oil change for $120 dollars for my vehicle. The technician was polite but tried to push extra services at every interaction even though I was insistent that I only wanted an oil change. When he handed me the bill it was for $250 dollars. He rattled off a laundry list of surplus charges that were not discussed before the service was performed, including a charge for opening a bottle of oil. I assumed that's how oil changes work, oil comes in bottles and in order to put it in my car you have to open said bottle. No, that's an extra charge. It felt like I was dealing with the innkeeper of Les Misérables instead of the manager of a quick lube. When I protested he offered me a thirty dollar discount and then did not add the discount to the order until I asked him if he was still going to honor it. I'm only giving them two stars because they managed to change my oil with buring down my car.
