I went to the Jiffy Lube because my husband had a really good experience there. There's no high-pressure sales tactics and the things that you do need are affordable add-ons! They also let you stay in the car, which is really helpful because I had my son with me. Definitely will be back!

Once I found driveway, it was okay. Under staffed. Far more expensive than anticipated. $100 for synthetic blend. They were going to use regular oil, car calls for synthetic blend. Probably won't go back

I just got home, I thought I smelled oil!!
Now I know why!!! WTH!
They put back the oil cap they BROKE and left the broken off part on the radiator!!!
Knowing exactly what they did they said nothing when my wife picked up our jeep.
It's to late to call because they are closed.
My wife and I are flying out at 5 am tomorrow so there is absolutely nothing I can do.
DO NOT GO HERE!
I will be calling as soon as I land and they are open... Oh we're going to have words!

Quick, but very expensive!! I would never take my own vehicle to jiffy lube, but it was a friends vehicle that I was driving as they were at home ill, and $30 for each wiper blade refill, that only started to streak within 2 weeks?!? Another friend of mine drives a fleet vehicle where they have to take it to Jiffy Lube, and he told me they are always ripping them off for things such as air filters, wiper blades, etc that they don't even need to replace. I would say you would get what you pay for, but at Jiffy Lube what you pay for, is not the quality you should get.

This jiffy lube on 164th is the number one place listed to get a vehicle inspection for Uber. I live in Hazel Dell so I went to the Hazel Dell jiffy lube to ask if they do vehicle inspections. They said no jiffy lubes do vehicle inspections. I told them the one on 164th does and they said to go there so I drove across town to that jiffy lube where they told me the people who used to do the vehicle inspections no longer work there and they were instructed to send everyone to the Hazel Dell jiffy lube for vehicle inspections. He made a phone call and said I should go right over there back across town and have Marty do my vehicle inspection. I drove all the way back across town to the Hazel Dell jiffy lube only to find that Marty was off that day and the next and would be back on Friday I clarified and made sure he would be there Friday morning at 8:00 a.m. . When I showed up two days later on Friday morning at 8:00 a.m. I was told that Marty's license had expired and he could not do the vehicle inspection. This was several days of running around wasting time and gas and it seems jiffy lube doesn't know what they're doing at all and is not licensed to work appropriately on vehicles anyway. They are still coming up as where you should take your car for vehicle inspections for Uber please don't listen to this as they will only give you the runaround.

Workers first told me it hadn’t been enough miles since my last change, and I had to count on my fingers to show how long it had been. Literally couldn’t do simple addition. Then they claimed that the bolt wasn’t one they were allowed to touch and completely refused service saying it was a new rule. I drove a few miles down the road to another jiffy lube and the employees there had no problem despite this alleged issue. Seems like they just made stuff up to me because the other location was fine.
