Let’s just say they put the wrong oil in my car. It’s their job to know these things right? Idk about cars that’s why I bring it in to get it professionally done. Professionals is definitely not them. I experienced the worst customer service when I had brought my car back in to let them know that I was told turbos take full synthetic oil and that was not the oil I received. Worried because it had been 3 weeks since the oil change and my car started to smoke under hood so asap I went back had my receipt was told to come in the next day to speak to a manger. Next day I come back in explaining what had happened and was hoping they could make it right and fix the problem, thinking it wasn’t going to be a big deal and really relied that they were going to fix their mistake. When I asked to speak to the manager I was meeting Jaymee the supervisor who right off the bat had the worst customer service. The way she was talking to me was so unprofessional and she was very rude and disrespectful. Said she couldn’t help me, was raising her voice asking me what she wanted me to do exactly. I told her to make it right, drain the oil and put the right oil in but oh no that couldn’t be done. For what reason?!? Jiffy lube messed up and something needed to be done. She told me that I had said to put the wrong oil in. For one she wasn’t there that day so she how would she know what was said and for 2 I have no idea what oil was suppose to be used and it’s not my job to tell them how do to their job. All I asked was can I can an oil change nothing else just that. And figured they take it from there and know what to do. Jaymee finally reluctantly said we can look at it but her attitude was just ugly and the worst customer service. I just wanted to talk to Justin the manager cuz she wasn’t being very pleasant and when he came out before I could talk to him Jaymee had ran over to him said some things and when I tried to explain to him he simply told me we can’t help us so you can leave now, have a blessed day. I was really upset. Felt like no one cared and that was not okay. That’s when I asked for corporates number and I have never called corporate before but what I experienced was so unacceptable. I’ve worked customer service all my life and that’s just not how u treat someone. Well corporate came thru thank you Josh I believe it was who I had spoke with. We did go back and Justin was still being pretty passive I told him hey sorry about earlier, I maned up and apologized for why? Hoping I would get one in return and his response was I don’t care, I don’t care I might be losing my job. And honestly I hope he did. After I got that response, so petty. So yeah avoid this jiffy lube cuz they don’t know how to treat customers. Oh and they said they would compensate me and give me a refund did that happen no. I think they ruined it even more after I went back in so bad experience don’t go there.

I went into jiffy lube for an oil change, was acknowledged as soon as I parked, the staff were friendly, the work was quick and convenient, I have always loved jiffy lubes qualityThey already have my record on file so it was easy breezy transaction

Had my oil changed today on 2021 Jeep Wrangler with 21k miles. Asked for a 5 Tire rotation (including spare). Service rep said he had never seen a 5 tire rotation in his 5 years there. He asked me where I wanted the spare mounted. I said not to do the rotation. When I paid for the oil change, I told this service representative (different rep) I was surprised Jiffy Lube techs do not know how to perform a five tire rotation. She did not seem to know what I was talking about. Was polite and apologized. She said she would contact corporate for direction. Evidently it is up to the customer to tell the service tech how to perform the service? Why would I trust any mechanical maintenance to a business that does not train on the basics of tire maintenance when requested.

The staff was friendly and knowledgable. They completed the full synthetic oil change faster than I have ever seen it done before. They kept me up to date with their process and findings under the hood. In short, this was my best experience EVER at Jiffy Lube! Thanks for hiring competent and friendly staff!Service: Oil change

I called to ask for a price on a scheduled service for a Honda CRV. They were unable to give me a price range based on the supplies and the service code. In this era of AI and everything at the touch of a computer...I was quite surprised Jiffy Lube had not conquered this critical transparency to sales.

Went to get rock chip repaired. Staff was attentive and cordial. I asked for an time estimate and that’s pretty much how long it took. Good service, fair price on the rock chip repair.

Highly would encourage the business owner of this location to do a tight review and training on their employees. I was only there for about 3 minutes getting scanned in and given my options on oil changes. Within those 3 minutes I had 2 employees cuss at me for pulling too forward "Watch your Mother F'n car! Holy f*ck!" & then for being on the cellphone with my husband discussing options "yeah go ahead and f'n" ignore me". When I said I no longer want service due to their awful customer service, I was told to not come back... don't worry I definitely won't be! As a business owner myself, I would hate the lack of customer service that my employees have to ruin my business. It's very unfortunate! Please speak to your employees or replace them. They don't give your company a good name in the community.

The people at this location are super friendly and helpful. We came in midday and rolled right into a bay, and James came out to help us get started. He was very careful in his information acquisition and walking us thru troubleshooting. They located the problem really quick, and communicated with us clearly every step of the way.
