My oil and light had come on in my car so I swung by Jiffy Lube and they came right out. checked the oil, added oil and I was on my way in about 5 minutes.

Unfortunately
We could not use this location, as we were driving up as they had about 20 mins open. On a Saturday
They had only 2 workers and 2 cars they were working on and it was going to be a 45 minute wait time.
They have signs stating otherwise of 15 minutes in and out.
Understaffed.

They double filled my oil and refused to accept responsibility. My Toyota Corolla is totaled. I strongly advise against bringing your vehicle here.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the one and only place I have had my car serviced since I bought it. I was driving back home and was in the middle of nowhere with spotty cell service and my car started making this terrible screeching noise and my cruise control started being weird so I pulled over and had enough service to get it towed. My rear differential was leaking and fluid and the plug was completely gone. The mechanic said for that to be happening Jiffy Lube either A) didn’t put the plug back in or B) didn’t screw the plug in tight enough so it fell out. I called Jiffy Lube to discuss solving the problem as I had to pay for a new rear differential, the kid that answered the phone said they check the rear differential when changing the oil and when I told him I have only taken my car to them to get serviced he said it wasn’t their fault and that I must’ve done something to it (me, a girl who didn’t even know what a rear differential was until this happened) then he proceeded to hang up on me. So unless you want something to happen to your car and for Jiffy Lube to take zero responsibility, I would advise not taking your car to this place.

It was decent service, but $200+ for a simple oil change while constantly, and I mean CONSTANTLY trying to upsell, is WILD. I get business is slow, but over charging your few customers is not ok. Then the “complimentary” vacuum… was a joke.

Worst place ever. My car shouldn't leak oil after a simple oil change. Took it back in and they said the gasket was to big and not cross threaded. I'm guessing they cross threaded it. I'll know in a day or so. My time is valuable and don't understand the lack of respect for someone's lively hood! Doubt they would do this to their own car. I'm taking it to highway fuel from now on!
