They were in the midst of restocking for the post holiday/new Year so a lot of shelves were empty. The wife got all but one of the patterns she was looking for.

I entered the code wrong at the locked restroom and the associate snapped at me that she wouldn't be able to let me use the restroom, embarrassing me. The associate at checkout complained that she wanted to go to lunch but had to help us instead. Unbelievably rude customer service. If I didn't need the product I was buying I would've walked out. As it is I'm never shopping here again.

Used to be a frequent customer, but not anymore! Steer clear both online and in person. My online Thanksgiving order placed for CHRISTMAS decorations still "processing" after 2 weeks (!!!) was unceremoniously canceled, but they don't tell you via email or anything helpful, even after contacting customer service and despite being told I'd contacted by customer service regarding my concerns. A week later there has been no response. I just logged in for the umpteenth time to check the status only to discover all but a tiny bit of my large order was simply canceled without explanation. If you don't have the products to fill the orders, DON'T SELL THEM! Now I'm scrambling to find alternates at a much higher price because all of the great deals are over OR there's barely anything left in stock. Oh, and in person shopping isn't any better. If items show online they are "in stock", don't be fooled. Corporate decided to cut staff during the busiest time of year, so even though the merchandise was delivered to the store, there aren't enough employees to actually unbox and put the products on the shelves. This is directly from the horse's mouth by in store employees. Brilliant. Michaels, Hobby Lobby, Craft Warehouse, here I come! This previously loyal customer of over 2 decades is jumping ship!

Zero Stars if possible.Sexist and rude.No restroom available after 500 pmI cannot recommend this establishment.I the idea of no restroom for a paying customer after an arbitrary time of day is ridiculous.Management need to regroup on this idea.Just nuts.Will not be buying my Christmas cloth and items here this year.Michael's will do nicely.....is cheaper and has a restroom when I require it.

I haven't been to Joann's for a while. They changed the store around, which is fine, except I found it disorganized. One section of the store was just full of boxes, and the baking section to me looked disorganized. I did find what I was looking for, and what I bought was on sale.

I liked the in store but online policies are terrible, i have contracted them over 5 times for one refunded item of 200 dollars and i still havent gotten the refund and its been over a month , terrble service because i was told multpile different times of how long it would take from 7 to 10 days then changed to 14 plus days when i didnt get it , and i still dont have it , I DIDDNT EVEN GET THE ITEM , IT NEVER LEFT THE TRUCK so i do not understand why its taking so long. Time line for yall Ordered on September 26 , called and canceled on 27 , comfirmed received at sender on the September 29 , and now its November , Save your money and shop local

Great selection no matter what your project, if you need fabric, they got it. Help is rare, but possible. Wait to get cuts is between 23-41min. While waiting I asked where the restroom was, she chuckled and said "it's closed." I offered to pay to use it so I didn't have to lose my spot in line, again she laughed at me. Post COVID world I guess

Hmmm. Called to find out when the custom framing staffer would be in today (knowing it would usually be around noon). Was told they no longer do framing at this location, and that I would need to go to... Hillsboro. We've been having travel-related posters framed here for over ten years, after each trip (the most recent one in May). Looks like I'm headed to Michael's.

They close their bathroom at 5pm, and I was told I had to walk to Wendy's. They have great stuff, but that was incredibly frustrating, and honestly ridiculous to be open until 9 and not have a public restroom past 5.
