I usually have a good experience at this mall and am usually welcomed by friendly faces but I recently went in and I’m not sure if there was a change in employees or management but the environment just seemed so negative. Felt like I was being ignored and glared at by two of the female associates who were just chatting it up with each other the whole time. Thankfully another associate came and helped and was super kind but it was just an odd experience. Usually love it but just rubbed me the wrong way

Our teenage daughters love this store! It's always a pleasure to shop here. Customer service at this Journeys location is always professional and super friendly. We would like to thank Rose for her topnotch assistance.

Tried shoes on in store, bought them, walked to my mailbox in them and realized they don't fit and were too big. They won't return or exchange because they are "too worn" I had them on for maybe 5 minutes. Had the original box and receipt.

Love to get shoes here. They have the newest and most fun styles. They usually have some kind of deal going on to take advantage of for the shopper. Everyone loves a bargain!Store is well stocked. Staff is friendly.

A waste of time and money. Made a purchase only to have the same item go on sale a couple days later. I was told I could return these to the store and reorder the same pair of shoes (that I just brought into the store) and then wait 4-7 business days all because they cant do a price adjustment. I will happily take my business elsewhere after this.

I went in last weekend without realizing that it was back to school shopping madness. The store was actually packed and I was about to walk out and come back maybe when they're less busy, but a sales person came right up to me and was so helpful and attentive to my needs. Ara was freaking awesome and amidst the chaotic atmosphere in the store really made my shopping experience extremely pleasurable!

Aubrey was literally the sweetest person ever. I went in without much of an idea of what i wanted and left w some super cute docs, and she gave recommendations and was overall so kind and helpful. the others workers were so nice as well but i never caught their names!! i don’t go in journeys often but definitely will more bc of such an awesome atmosphere :)

Whenever I want new Vans, I've always had great experiences shopping at Journeys, ever since I was a pre-teen. Employees at this location are friendly and while it's clear that they're trying their best to make sales, they maintain professionalism without being too pushy, and do whatever they can to make the customers happy. I bought some new slip-ons here a couple of days ago, and the person helping me got me everything I wanted, looking as much as they could for smaller shoes to fit me. I really appreciated their help.
