This review has to do with KeyBank and there deposit policy not so much the employees at this branch. So there policy is to only give you $100 available in your account when depositing a check until the check clears which is usually 24 hours, but today I take in 2 federal income tax return checks and deposit and I get $100 available in my account what a joke, at the least you would think there would be $200 available, a $100 from each check. I mean this isn’t payroll or private party checks it’s the irs I could have went to any bank or even Walmart and cashed these checks for a very small fee. Hell I could have cashed them there and then deposited the cash but I find out no I can’t even do that cause they won’t even cash irs checks over $500 which I don’t believe that. I’ve had it with KeyBank for a year and a half I was cashing my payroll checks at the bank there draw from and didn’t even use my KeyBank account I just started using again this year but this is it. I will be withdrawing all of my accounts and taking my money to a different branch and opening a account

I would have to say that key bank is the worst bank Ive ever dealt with. Theyre online website doesnt work correctly theyre customer service isnt helpful at all if you have a debit card that is for unemployment. Before you can even pronounce the word unemployment they say oh we dont deal with that. And send you to unemployment who sends you right back at them and then you realize your screwed. And all you can do is think key bank sucks and so does unemployment but not as bad as key bank.

Took a friend to this branch to cash a bond and set up a checking and savings account. I am really happy with the branch in Hood River, Oregon and recommended Key Bank. We gave them our phone numbers to call us after the lady spoke to her supervisor about cashing the U S Government Bonds and allow her to set up accounts. Never heard from them. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!——————Update: My friend went back to retrieve her paperwork after not hearing anything from this person. She told my friend she tried calling both of our cell phone numbers but both our phones do not show any sign having received any missed calls so can only assume that was not true. Still not impressed with this Key Bank branch.

This teller named "Chris" is very unprofessional and not a pleasant person to deal with at all refused to cash my check asking questions that I've never been asked about at any other key bank this is by far the worst customer service I've ever received. He was obviously just lazy to do his job since there was no one else there at the moment now I see why they have 2 stars I would've gave it none if I could. Hope you guys can actually hire people that like interacting with customers in a happy polite manner have a great day.
