I live closer to this branch and the drive through atm SUCKS. EVERY time it can’t read my card but NO OTHER BRANCH has that issue. Very annoying and inconvenient

We have been with KeyBank and Key Investments for 30 years. Always found everyone helpful, friendly and taking time to work through money , loans , estate, legal & investment options to maximize our income or minimize costs. When I had businesses, they were essential to our success.

I had problems with my mail last year. I did get the issue with my mail sorted out. I noticed I wasn't getting bank statements at that time, so I phoned Key, the lady said no problem at their end. Later I went into my local branch, they were charging me a fee each month because my mail wasn't delivered. How nice to get charged a fee for mail not delivered. Right after that I rec'd an email asking how I liked Key, I said I was going to close my account, I never had a reply. Not good business sense. Closed my account today.

I had a great experience with Tammy she took care of all my need informed me on offers that were available to me and took the time to make sure I was taken care of. I appreciate my visit and well be doing more business at this branch

They're happy to take your money, but apparently can't be bothered to answer the phone or return calls. I've left 4 messages at the branch (3 of them with the "private banker") I opened an account with and have never gotten a call back. If you call the generic Key Bank number, you get routed to (I'm guessing) a call center in southeast Asia, where they have not been able to understand my issue.

This branch, the manager, and the staff have been great to work with! I have personal and business accounts with them.Side note: I'm not sure why Google lists this branch as "in Walmart Supercenter." It is not in Walmart at all and is its own building across the street from Walmart.

I'm about 40 and just opened my first checking account here a couple weeks ago. KeyBank has to managed to make my experience horrible. I hate it. If ur serious about opening an account, go somewhere else.......so I been waiting it out, hoping my experience will get better. It has not. They like to keep my money, longer than they should and I can't get it. I really don't like this bank there's more but to much to go into detail. Another bank would be better.Its a shame

Worst bank in the history of the world. We have been trying to reach someone about our account for 4 hours and no one will answer or respond to us. The manager said that she is too busy to help us and her business clients are more important. I spoke with another person at the branch who informed me that it was not her problem. If you want access to you account please DO NO GO TO KEY BANK!!!!!!!! I have been on hold now for an hour with key bank corporate and no one will assist in any way possible.I emailed using the reference number in the response below. and still no one has responded. It looks like they use it as a canned response hoping that the general public will think they care about their clients.

I've had steadily good experience with the bank and this branch in particular. I have safe-deposit boxes, opened a home-equity line of credit, and am regularly met with friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS BANK. They sold me an IRA product that they don't have, then dumped my savings in a money market account getting zero interest. The banker never gave me the paperwork for the account, so I have no account number. I use a temporary mail forward when working out of town. The bank changed my address without permission or knowledge to the temporary address. It took many phone calls to get this straightened out. They promised this would never happen again. Except it did. They changed the address again to a temporary mail forward. I have no statements and no account number to pull the money away from them. I have called many times and been told to just go to a different branch near me and they will print me off a statement. Except they can't and won't. This bank has been a horrible nightmare. DO NOT USE THIS BANK.

They kept sneaking charges on me for every reason possible. They took 21 dollars a month for over a year. I asked them about it, and they made it sound normal. I told them I did not want an account that had charges. The Manager told me he would back two charges, and stick me with the rest. I got a lady to get the charges to stop. Two months later, bam, charges again. I complained, bank manager told me to take my money elsewhere. They sell you stuff you don't want also.

They reverse your funds if you dont provide your social. Barb provides awful service by doing that and making your account to zero and then saying yes you can use the atm. Her service of 30 years is worthless when she treats customers like that. Do not bank with these guys they put your funds on a hold for 5 days just because you dont do something they ask and then say we do it to protect you. Will never bank with them.
