We have taken our kids here for various classes for three years. The instructors are always kind and we’ve never had a bad experience. The swim teachers are patient and we’ve particularly enjoyed Corinna as the supervisor on Saturdays and Megan, Kelsey, Jennifer and Michael among several others with each age group!

This place rocks. We have had swimming, Friday Fun Nights and jungle play here for 7 years. We even used the after-school program once (worked great.) They have everything and they try their damndest to accommodate parents. They understand the circus crazies and are always professional and helpful. No sighing, eye rolling or other signs of annoyance with a customer. Signing up is smooth. The front desk is always staffed. Someone always answers the phone. Email alerts work nicely. They are as flexible where possible and rigorous where necessary. I remember I needed a special schedule when I did the after-school program some years back. No problem! It really is the best place for kids' play. I relax as soon as I enter. Good job, Kids Club. Good job, Payton. Now you need more parking.

The grandkids love playing here. It is clean and well kept. Also nice snack bar, clean restrooms. I get bad colds after visiting similar places in the area but am fine after being here. It's a little far from my house but I don't mind driving for that reason.

My daughter spent two years in Kids Club’s preschool program (first three days a week, and then five). We had such a positive experience. The teachers were so kind and clearly really care about the kids, and the effort and planning that went into each day was obvious. My daughter learned so much, made great friends and has become much more confident. She is definitely ready for kindergarten.

This place has been good to us so far! The kids love it and one girl named Kylie at the snack bar was the sweetest to my daughter. We forgot to get her wristband from her free play and she bought her one so she could play for the last hour. It was above and beyond. So thank you again, Kylie, you’re an awesome person and you deserve props. ??

Kids love it. Birthday parties are priced too high for what you get. Food ordered took 30 minutes to receive, gal behind the counter was nice but moved very slow. Nacho cheese tasted like it had been sitting in plastic for too long, burnt chicken fingers. Eat ahead of time as it's not a restaurant; know when booking a bday party tax and tip will be an additional $70 at least. Again kids love it and that's the main focus of this place but as an adult in a tough economy, we definitely won't return for any of the extras.

Possibly a bit out-of-line to review somewhere I haven't visited for about... 15 years? haha, but the recent positive reviews seem to reflect my own experiences, and the place certainly doesn't look to have changed much. I thought it might be useful, or at least interesting, to give the retroactive perspective of someone who grew up visiting frequently.- Everything was always clean! This is quite the feat, given the size of the jungle gym and the volume of traffic it sees.- Visiting over a span of 7 years or so, things that "weren't working" in the jungle gym- which is to say, either weren't of interest to most kids, caused "traffic jams" within the structure, or led to disputes among older and younger kids- were consistently either removed entirely, or moved to other locations within the structure in a way that resolved the issue.- The few times I managed to injure myself, all of which were entirely my own fault, the staff were immediately very helpful.- There is a dedicated area for small children to play, but the jungle itself is very cleverly-designed to naturally separate smaller and larger kids, who might otherwise run into each other and injure themselves. Some obstacles require a certain size, height, or level of physical strength to navigate. Things like slides vary in intensity; larger kids will gravitate away from things that are more exciting when experienced at a smaller size. High-traffic routes between objects of interest are designed not to intersect with areas where kids are likely to want to stop and play more quietly.- I attended a good few summer camps in the area, and recall the camp staff at Kids Club consistently being very nice. It's the sort of thing kids take completely for granted, but reflecting on this place as an adult: it's already an immensely difficult thing to keep JUST a preschool, gymnastics studio, swimming pool, jungle gym, etc. well-run. The fact that Kids Club exists at all is extremely impressive- I'm sure the owners have some great stories about the whole thing. (The story behind the disappearance of the old ball pit still crosses my mind and gives me a laugh every once in a while.)If there are parents reading this: entertaining little kids is a LOT of work, but the things you do with them, and the places you take them, really do leave lasting impressions! Taking your kids interesting places, or showing them interesting things, has weird, unexpected benefits in the long-term. I've grown up into someone who works in game development, does a lot of programming, art, and 3D modelling work, and totally nerds out over location/environment design and structure... and I end up thinking about routes through the Kids Club jungle gym pretty frequently when I'm trying to design a digital place! Art is always a product of influences accumulated over your whole life, so don't underestimate even little kids; a lot of "design lessons" have stuck with me in meaningful ways from places like playgrounds and children's museums. (Kids Club staff, if you happen to read this, I would love a floor plan of the jungle gym layout...)and if anyone has actually read this far, hopefully it wasn't too weird to read an adult retroactively reviewing a goofy playground, LOL- I've just been trying to think of local businesses where I've had good experiences, and leave them nice reviews, and I've got enough fun memories of this place that a meaningful reflection seemed warranted. Constantly dealing with small children and stressed parents seems like it could get very tiresome, so if staff are reading this, hopefully it's something to know you've left a strong enough impression on the "target audience" to prompt a review this many years after the fact.

Our experience with the preschool at Kids Club has been phenomenal. Lindsey, Kelley and Erika do such a great job every day of the week to ensure that everyone is learning and having a good time. We have been sending our child for 2+ years to the preschool program and perhaps the strongest indicator is how happy he is to tell us all about his day! Seeing how the kids play so well together every day is all the evidence we need. He has made some great friends at Kids Club and is surely receiving good prep for kindergarten. The art projects are very thoughtful (!) and his reading is getting better all the time! It’s difficult to write a good review as words can’t really describe the work these outstanding teachers do. There is a lot done for the kids and families behind the scenes.

We love Kids Club! Both our kids take classes there (dance and preschool) and they both adore going there because they love their teachers and the fun, hands-on learning that Kids Club provides. Our kids love going to play in the jungle, the camps, and Friday Fun Night. Kids Club provides a safe, fun environment for kids. The staff at Kids Club always go above and beyond to help. We have zero complaints.

One evening after watching Dru, a gymnastic teacher with our great grandson, I couldn't help but call the next day. Trying to formulate my words through tears, I couldn't tell the manager enough about my gratitude. This Young coach, worked with such intuition into his needs, in verbal and nonverbal ways, during the entire class. The goal is to help them succeed, but so much praise for trying. She informs me after class, her goals, however, I see such love and joy she gets from him. I have since shared with a few other staff members, our roll in their lives, and they have allowed and welcomed their hugs on the way to class as well as their goodbyes, (he has a sister). Thank you staff members, for coming along side us, in so many ways, so our great grandkids can Thrive, and become themselves. A special Thanks to Dru and Kristi, for all you do, especially since I know it's sometimes not that easy, with so many kids at once.Blessings, and then MoreGrateful, Vicki Gibson

My kids enjoy Kids Club for the indoor jungle gym. They also go for swim lessons which have helped them improve their confidence in the water. The reason I took away 2 stars is parking can be very difficult when coming for lessons. The lot gets completely packed so you'll have to park on the street. If you're bringing all the luggage (kids travel light, right) that comes with bathing suits and change of clothes then your kids in tow, this can be frustrating to say the least. Plan accordingly and add 5-10 minutes to find parking. The other reason I took away 2 stars is the swimming room logistics. It's absolutely terrible. You have parents standing by to drop kids off for their swim lessons and parents standing by to pick kids up at the same time. The room becomes completely full and chaotic. SOLUTION: WHEN ROOM 4 is not reserved for a birthday party, open that up for DROP OFF ONLY. During the school months most people aren't having a birthday M-TH so use the space wisely and limit some of the chaos during those times or whenever no birthdays are booked in room 4.

My daughter loves her dance and swimming classes. She looks forward to them each week. The instructors that we have had have all been nice, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Friday Fun Night has been something we have done as well. My daughter comes home with a craft and tons of stories about the different games she plays... And of course how all the staff are "her best friends". All the staff from the front desk, to the instructors, camp counselors, to the general manager have always been helpful and welcoming and make my daughter feel excited everytime she goes in. To top it off, the place is quite clean.
