One of the entrances is closed and doesn’t seem like it’s ever going to open. The Amazon return is all the way at the back of the store. Both of these things make it very difficult for a handicapped person who wants to use this service

Horrible amazon return service, the lady who was working that day (06/20/25) at 4pm blond woman who was scanning the amazon returns started to complain. Even though i had more than 10 returns, she gave me really bad attitude and her face changed. She is working and getting paid for what, she has a nerve to tell me i have never had this much returns. I got pissed but i was quite about it and never get back to her. They can check through their cameras how i was calm with her even though customer is always right but here is opposite cashier is always right customer is wrong. Very disappointing.

I went to Kohls to do an Amazon return. I was given a 20% off coupon not expecting to find nothing specific however, when I walked over to the toddler section I found many items for sale. I walked way with a new summer wardrobe for my toddler and was able to use my 20% coupon I was just given from Amazon. Awesome sauce!!

This Kohl's is a nice store, clean, merchandised with season appropriate items up front. The employees are visible and friendly.

The store has moved things around. The returns line and checkout line are now combined. This morning there were 11 people in line and 4 cashiers to handle both jobs. Be smart... 1 separate line and cashier for returns. The other line and 3 cashiers for purchases! Plus the store lights are now dim!
Be careful! I returned an item and thought ther clerk placed the return receipt into the bag with an item I had just picked up. That’s what I requested. There was no receipt when I got home, and Kohls.com claims I didn’t return the item so my account wasn’t credited. 5 calls later and still no credit after 10 days! Be careful!

The store has plenty of parking and lots to look at as well as Macy's the department store. Tyler in fragrance department was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and demonstrated such great customer service people skills.

The dressing rooms were messy and full of clothes. When I asked about cleaning the room they told me was available they said they could not clean the rooms until the adjacent area was clean. They didn't seem so concerned. More concerned about breaks and talking about life.

I'm sorry but I can't justify spending more than $50 for a pair of jeans or a shirt that won't last more than a 3 months at work, no matter whose name is stitched into them (except for you Carhartt! I have pairs of them that I have worn until they literally came apart or were to revealing to wear anymore, lol). All around the entire store they seem to be trying to upsell every item they have.. I think it's just a trap to get you locked into their credit card.. just my opinion, you are welcome to spend whatever you choose on whatever you wish, personally I prefer to be just a bit more frugal. Not my kind of place.

A bit more expensive than I tend to prefer, but they have good quality clothing that is extremely cute!
